    This is some crap!

    Fell for the offer hard and totally not worth coming here. Quota too high and insurance coverage too low. Many Docs don’t want to Rx due to AE’s and the ones who do can’t get the script through since not covered.

    Salary only because certainly not making bonus. See how long I can use this opportunity to find my next job!

    Do the best that you can because you will soon be on a PIP and weeded out like most that come here looking at the nice salary only to find out that this place is all smoke and mirrors. Launch your escape plan asap.

    Believe none of what you are told. I have never seen a more manipulative bunch of psychos. DM's are rated on managing turnover. So you will hear nothing bad until they get the green light from above to sack you. Then its silence.


    You are what your number is. Bottom line is they don't care why it is the number it is.

    Sounds good, until you realize you can’t make bonus——would have made more money (in total) at my last place. Also, it feels like I could be on a PIP and out of a job in 1-2 quarters based upon comments from management.

    To anyone looking to come here all of these comments are spot on and isn’t the usual BS spewed on CP. The base is higher than average (120) but you will make little to no bonus and they will ride you harder than a pony at the county fair. Plus the products aren’t taking off to say the very least so job security is iffy at best. Drs are just not impressed or interested in Rho or Roc even thought they’ll lie and tell you differently. It’s a very real problem. Keep looking!

    LOL so many people even managers from this company talking shiznit about their former companies, colleagues, and management on other boards. Fooled some folks at Aerie apparently but Karma is gonna be a bitch!

    You're correct. They are definitely lying about their insurance coverage in investor calls/presentations.

    And when they misrepresent the market access to investors, they push the asinine goals down to us. Then they have something to fall back on when the products are duds. Its always the salesforce's fault.

    Well, any rational human would understand it's not the salesforce's fault if they have misrepresented their insurance coverage. I mean, they have COMPLETELY fabricated the coverage. There's no Part D coverage. And I'm not sure why they thought lying about the Tier 2 coverage for commercial was a good idea. Looks like a class action waiting to happen. There's also not much you can do with a crappy drug (or 2) with a robust side effect profile.
