Buyout from Novartis

Who is taking the buyout and how is going over to Novartis? Trying to figure out everything.

 

what exactly are you trying to figure out?

 

what's happening with the buy out? are the reps folded over to Novartis or being given an option to get bought out?

 

why do you want to know? If you worked here you would know that info.

 

I'm interviewing for an open position so any info would be greatly appreciated.

What have you been told that you believe you were lied to? What’s your story?

 

You aren’t part of the Takeda severance package. You needed to be hired by 4/1. Not sure what Novartis would offer you.
Sorry people are jerks and won’t tell you anything.

 

Just do your job if you’re in sales you have a chance if you are a support group like Marketing, supply, ect... your toast only a few will be offered moves to NJ.

 

There is no clarity on what you get....from Takeda or Novartis. Ask lots of questions and get the answers in writing before agreeing. I know that this is easier said. Best of luck.

Wrong! The entire marketing team was offered jobs in NJ!! Too bad for sales reps since Novartis does not need or want y'all.

 

Great. The xiidra marketing team who made more money for allergan than their own marketing team?

 

Nasty. The marketing team always hated sales. This is not the time to be vicious.
