I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS THE DIVISION EVERYONE WANTS OUT OF. SO SAD.

It is sad. When there is no product to sell, your time is being spent sincerely apologizing to your customers while at the same time being micromanaged on meaningless BS -with no word from Leadership as to when this will end. And before someone from asshole from HQ can say it...yes I too am looking to get out ASAP.

Most everyone experiences fear that they don't belong, that they're an imposter. You're not alone in that feeling. And you DO belong here at Takeda! Buck up and be positive in order to win P Club!!

Until Takeda learns something about plasma, we are all screwed. The same thing happened when shire bought Baxalta. We are not selling small molecule medication you dolts.

Leadership needs to clearly define how people are ranked and compensated. They refuse to do so. This entire division is about to to tits up. Pathetic

Managers/directors on the hospital team are all looking to get out. They get treated like children. They have absolutely no input and they are all sick of it.

RG went to managed markets. Nobody left. I have heard that job is not what was promised though. I believe the zone director position is weak across all of immunology. There’s your problem.

Who are they going to replace RG with?

You were wrong. Another Director quit. There will be 3 more quitting by 2020. Educated guess

Internal insight here- TM never managed people before BM gave him a hospital RBD job because he was displaced. He managed people for about 2 years. He was not respected by his colleagues because he knew nothing. If you know anyone he managed, talk to them. He was not good.

Then changes happen again and BM promoted TM to manage the mangers. BM is now gone and BS is left with the fall out. TM and RF? Far from a great leadership team. Ask anyone on the hospital team, including the 2 directors who left. I would guess 6/10 that are left are looking for other jobs because of their bosses.

And another RBD leaves. Look at your zone directors Brian. You’re only going to continue to lose more RBDs with this team in place.

To the new guy still in training who felt the need to ask a pointless question on the town hall call today; shut up. Leave that BS at whatever big pharma company you came from. Leadership doesn’t like it and your coworkers now think you are a goon.
