Thank god.. the thought of working for Bristol was daunting. Few companies could be worse, lay us off already

You don't get it. Neither Celgene nor BMS now has to lay you off and pay you severance. You will be sold to company XYZ and they will lay you off without severance. That's how it works.

    Man that's stupid.

Pay Beigene 125m to take back full rights to their pd1 and then divest otezla.

I supremely dislike this deal. If the merger doesn't happen Celgene is so screwed.

Email today said they plan on taking care of us in sell off.

Oooo I wonder which company will buy us? Merek, AZ? Maybe a company that can actually get good market access!

Really!! I’m shitting myself thinking we will be sold as ‘assets and existing contracts’ and will not get severance and may end up working for a daunts company.
Need to fight this tooth and nail and argue for severance for all those that are affected.
No joke, this is a dire situation for those that are affected unless it’s clarified that we have severance.

Does selling off drugs and those deployed to those drugs mean no severance?
If so,selling Abraxane would be a good way to get rid of a lot of people! That would be interesting !

They said if the new acquiring company doesn’t want us the severance and all is the same. But if they want to keep us, no $$$

any idea how long buying an individual drug takes? You think it wouldn’t be too long, but sounds like the FTC is dictating this deal
