Does anyone know why DM went off at FL mtg.?

So, how is the communication on Hedy’s team now? Did she change after seeing her name here? Did HR intervene and look at the fact she run off over 10 reps? How can it always be the rep’s fault and never be the DM’s fault on this team?

 

It’s a hostile work environment now. Everyone is on pins and needles. She has mentioned this thread and is not happy. Paranoia and psychosis are manifesting themselves in her behavior.

Unbelievable. Worst manager I’ve ever had. Totally abusive to employees, created a very hostile work environment, belittled everyone she works with. JNJ should let her go so she can’t torture any other employees. Polar opposite of everything the organization stands for.
