It is confirmed the Zembrace Asset has been for sale, prospective buyer to close around 7/1, if Dr. Reddy has their choice; latest is 10/1. The fake launch date for the new product is to keep the sales people around, DRL has lost significant money on Zembrace, & neuro, so they dont want to launch new product. If you are currently employed get out now, if you see a fake opening, apply; only to practice your interview skills, accept the job to get a paycheck.

Fake opening? How would you interview for a "fake opening" The OP can't back up anything he/she states with actual facts.

Dermatology did not get any notice. Fact.

Neurology will not get any notice. Fact.

Neuro samples did not get hit by a truck. Twice. Fact.

Leadership lied to the Reps and said the samples were hit by a truck. Twice. Fact.

Lying to your employees does not build trust. Fact.

Companies post fake job opening all the time. Fact.

Posting a job opening is not a guarantee that DRL wants to keep Zembrace and Tosymra. Fact.

Having an actual President's Club trip would be a display of job security. Fact.

If you can't manufacture the drug you spent millions of dollars on getting approved through the FDA you do not know how to run a business. Fact.

Tosymra is an asset most valuable not touched. Not launching Tosymra will allow for a stronger purchase price. Fact.

The jop postings are a very inexpensive trick to keep you here until the end to sell more units of Zembrace.

This wins for the most delusional reply ever. The place is like the Titanic, after the smokestacks got torn off, and this person is acting like everyone is overreacting. Good luck, your loyalty will be rewarded by being paid at the absolute lowest salary in the industry and working with ex-pats who are all VPs even though they don't have an f-ing clue what they're doing.

People have to realize that this ship has sailed.
They have not cared about the hard working reps since day one.
Please do what Promius has done since day one - look out for yourselves.
    Damn Indians; it had potential.

Son, if you think that was the most delusional reply ever you must live on another planet and how many times has someone referred to their company as the Titanic. Please point out which part of the reply states anything that everyone is overreacting. Grow up and get out there and get a real job that has more than a snake oil product that Dr's see no benefit in for their patients. This of course will not be easy for someone like you that their only experience out of college is with this company selling 1 stinking product.

    So long weekend then?

Way to go DRL, another thing you screwed up.

Remember how great it was when the Indian team took over dermatology and you drove out almost everyone? Right, you couldn't make it work.

Remember how you didn't want any help commercializing Neuro because you knew what to do and how to do it? Right, you couldn't make it work.

Tell us about the Derm sale again, and be sure to include the part where at the last minute Encore threatened to pull out unless you lowered your price and you did it.

Sorry to all the team members who are being displaced, but good riddance DRL. And Anil and the finally gone Dushyanth - you're both incompetent and too self absorbed to realize it.

    Long weekend everyone!

Agreed. Anil and Dushyanth really performed horribly for DRL and screwed up both divisions. Their incompetence is glaring. And then there is the other cast of characters--Mike, Swami, Harshal. Good grief.

....the rot started from the top with Raghav. It was he who brought all these buffoons with zero experience. Their qualification? The gelled really well forming the gang that loved travelling business class, travelling all over world, and screwing up silent and sincere emoloyer. Those were the conmen who fooled the top management for years. Dushyanth led the pack of most incompetent DRL employees in company's history. From Harvard with MBA, and no pharma experience, research or sales, he enjoyed the most, thanks to his godfathers, raghav and Anil. But then your Karma definately gets you someday. Glad he is gone. Sad that it didn't happen timely.

When Raghav left (was forced out), the Reddy family gave A-kneel the reins at PPG/Promius, despite numerous examples of A-kneel's incompetence and corruption. For the past few years, A-kneel has been making quarterly promises of profitability to the C-Suite, BoD, and Investors, during quarterly financial reporting calls. Quarter after quarter, A-kneel failed to produce results he promised in public.

What were the consequences for A-kneel? The Reddy family failed/refused to hold A-kneel accountable. Instead, they kept conceding more internal power and authority to A-kneel, to the detriment of various U.S. employees (Dr. Reddy's and Promius).

The failure of PPG/Promius was caused by Prasad, Satish, Sauman, and the BoD being incompetent and weak. National origin was more important than business qualifications and experience. They are all fools.

Erez was hired after it was already too late to fix the C-suite's mistakes; his assignment was to divest PPG/Promius assets, which he successfully accomplished.

All true. I can't believe where this company has gone from when we started it back in 2008. Back then we had people at the top that actually knew what they were doing and cared about the sales force. Once the Indians took over and they started to leave it all went down hill. RIP Promius Pharma!!

    GOLDEN PARACHUTES FOR EVERYONE!!!

    Um... well... no!

Golden Parachutes are just for the few incompetent leaders who ruined Promius from within. Their erroneous understanding of the neuro and derm marketplace, and of managed care reimbursement space, caused customers to prescribe competing products. Their kids won't have to worry about where their college tuition is coming from; they will be well compensated with cash and DRL stock options, after ruining PPG/Promius.

The rest of us, who worked hard to build the Promius brand, get nothing but a stain on our resumes.

Welcome to Pharma! The incompetent are always rewarded, protected (to cover the incompetence of others), and re hired at an elevated level elsewhere to do it all again.

It's something brand new called a "link". It's not just a general statement. Clicking on this new thing called a "link" will then "open" something called a "web page" where you can read some interesting things about DRL.

Let me guess, you were the person at Promius responsible for forecasting and goal setting...keep up the good work.
