Who are Ilumya RSMs now?

Have the RSMs been hired yet but not announced? Anyone working as temporary manager?

 

They have been hired and they're already interviewing to get out of Sun!

 

I thought about applying for open territory manager slot but after reading all these posts and talking to a couple people that recently left there is no way. Must be really bad to have all these people leaving. Not worth hit my reputation would take.

Another WTF decision here at the shit show called Sun. Hiring TM to be RSM, who was already passed over in own district as interim, who doesn’t even live in region he is now going to manage. Lives in Jersey? Another castoff FL “boy” and now a Pete yes man. I told you all the East was in for a mess. So relieved Pete has left our division. Well the way they are dropping like flies in that district he may have one person left to manage.

 

Put a lid on it. Is this ideal? Who knows but time will tell but for now please stop the negativity. That district has had their bell rung enough lately.

 

What people if any is he going to have left to manage? Another person resigned this week. That’s now 3 in last 2 weeks.

 

That region has worst access, no MSL for a couple TMs, nonworking FRM, 8 on team and only 2 of 8 were given leadership support from start and they resigned last week, one territory is more than half welfare, one territory has over 8 hour drive and that person quit this week I heard, so good luck taking this on. Glad I left when I did.

 

Have they taken any reps from Absorica territories and given them ilyuma?

 

I’m sure with Pete that will happen.

 

6 RSM backfills: 5 Men, 1 token Female, all Internal from current ilumya territory managers. Of the 6, 5 live within their region, 1 does not.
All come with different experience and rank ratings. Most have not been managers before. Only consistent theme among the 6 is # of years in pharma and part of the good ole boys club/chosen few. The newly appointed ASDs knew who they were going to fill in those slots but had to put up the bogus hiring charade.

 

I don’t think anyone from Absorica would want to jump ship to the Titantic I mean Iluyma.

Micro-managing only to control everything only to drive it/you into the ground in your business and personally! If you are in her catty click you’ll be safe for a minute as long as your mediocre... but she’ll take you down before she would ever stick up for you.

i was just about to say be careful when you hire reps to be rsms. It’s usually a disaster because they have no idea how to lead people. That’s what that job is plain and simple. Mel is terrible yes.... but so are JD,JM, and the creme de la Creme LA, but we all know why she got her job. CJ almost got fired for illegal stuff. The OPH team is a great example of how hiring reps creates a real disaster. Enjoy!

 

I hear that Magi lady is a really sweet & compassionate RSM. I know her TM’s really like her a lot. Wish she would transfer to the N.East-come on Magi!

 

Magi on Biologics, ilumya? No, oh hell no! I personally know a couple of her current reps very well and their experience and opinion is the opposite of what you posted. They wish she would resign but play the game. I also saw first
hand her nasty side come out when she didn’t think anyone saw at Orlando NSM and it was a shock seeing her berate someone who was advised to report her to HR but worried they’d lose job.

 

I thought BN on Ilumya call was going to announce MF as his replacement or the woman from Macon, GA, Hope.
Way more experience and better suited for a manager role. Nothing against VB personally.

If Magi is so bad why haven’t any of her TM’s resigned? She must be doing something to drain these folks.
