So let me get this straight. TBS's do everything

Okay so the TBS's have to set up all the appointments for the KAM's, make all the connections, do all the presentations, fill out all the Veeva shit, Fill out all the Concur shit including hours spent putting in every single staff member in, Create the Speaker Programs. What do the KAM's do again? Besides being paid 40k more?

 

I couldn't agree more. I'm walking as soon as I get another job. I have done everything in my territory. They treat the TBS's like little worker Bees. My KAM doesn't do anything besides staying in their home office all day and online shops for new outfits. Management need to wise up.

 

TBS's unite! This is bullshit.

 

Yes! I'm not doing all this work for so much less money as well. I know my KAM is making significantly more. And for what? No SOC's and I have called on all the HCP's and they know none of them! Only work in the field when I have something set up for them! I am looking for a new job!

 

Grow up little snowflake. Your jealousy of not being qualified to be KAM is quite evident. Do what your are told and no b**ching!

 

Please remind us what exactly qualifies you as a kam? Credentials please? I seemed to forgot.

 

GAG. HURL. Worst decision company ever made. Many KAM's don't even have hospital experience! KAM's will be the first to be cut. They offer no value and provide nothing.
