Travel policy is way too much in daily spent. It should be $75 for meal. Too much unnecessary travel by all departments. Too many people traveling internationally with no justification.

Don’t offer extra for directors such as red carpet and other things. The title here are inflated.

Too many consultants. People don’t do the work. Too many administrators. No talent.

Heavy on top. Only hire people at manager and associate level. Do not promote.Re-evaluate titles and make managers specialists, directors to be managers, and VPs to be Executive directors. Small companies operate more effectively this alway.

Keith is doing really well with managing budgets and still hiring good talents and not hiring too many people. The moral is good there. They are happy. We can do the same. You should have hire freeze. Keep it small.

The travel part is definitely true. Did you know that every time Wa'el goes to Japan he goes first class? Do you know how absurdly expensive that is? I believe he also flies first class to Princeton. Last time I checked, we're still not making money. I think nobody, esp. the C-suite, should be flying first class, or staying in anything but budget hotels until the co. is actually turning a profit.

LOL - Love the "Keith is doing really well..." part at the end. Whoever you are, you absolutely know how to push Wa'el's buttons. He HATES to hear about Keith, his new company, and anything good about it. And he super-hates losing employees to that company - it makes him apoplectic. Of course, people would stop going over there if Avanir was still a place they wanted to be, but the Wa'el-Linda-Tracy show seems to kind of alienate its audience, one resignation at a time. :-(

You’re a moron. Keith, Rohan, Michael M and the whole lot of them are responsible for the entire DOJ investigation, our $150 million fine and all the other messes they left behind by cutting corners. The “moral” is definitely not good over there. And if they’re happy, it’s because birds of a feather flock together. Good riddance. Let them all go to jail together.

No business class for international travel as well for any employees. It is acceptable for other companies to fly couch and only Avanir is doing it. Otsuka employees fly couch. Nori should do his job.

Maybe the company could save money if
Aziz and Tracy leave company and they
are not replaced, that might save
half a million a year or so.
