You are so right. I got on the conference call today. Wow oh wow. It is a F#cking nightmare. Who was that Josh guy? He literally sounded like an insecure high school boy. What a cluster. I'm so anxious to get out of here and work for a stable company. Normally, an employee may go for a small company for one of these reasons or a combination of reasons:
1. High Risk for Major Money! ....the money isn't there and will never be!
2. No metrics ........the metrics here and call reporting is WORSE than big pharmaceutical companies! I have heard from so many coworkers that an expense report now takes all day!
3. Great culture .......No Way!

Sage is none of these. Best advice is to go for an established, stable company. Sage offers low to average bonus and large pharmaceutical companies can certainly compete with that.

I heard that too! I heard people have been put on PIP's! How the hell can this be? This place is a nightmare. Nightmare micromanager RBD's Deena, Kelly, Tonya. The list goes on and on. So many people will be quitting soon. Everybody should be looking to get out of here.

 

Time to get out now. There are better opportunities out there. Opportunities that don't have someone breathing down your neck every single day. This level of hyper control and manipulation does not work with me and I simply will find another job. Terrible company and culture.

None of you are "cream of the crop" - ADMIT IT - 99% of u are washed up desperados who desperately needed a job b/c of a layoff, PIP or some other issue at your previous company - Duped SAGE hired you. Ugh the poor company has no clue the teen run aways they took in. You are all a bunch of over paid whiner babies.

Who in their right mind in pharma today does not use concur for expense reporting??? whoever you are complaining about "all day expense reporting" - you are not qualifed to use the mop at mcdonalds. This poor company is doomed b/c of the " has-been / never weres" they have "selling" for them.

I don't know this Deena from Adam, but I say ROCK ON! Call out the lazy and replace with an accountable, productive worker.

I do not work at your company but it sounds like you all have a sweet gig, especially in light of your pasts. Poor pharma. its time to change the paradigm. Stop hiring losers who say the right thing, Start hiring for substance.
