Otezla cast offs need some sort of performance bonus

    First, if you think the "focus bonus" is a retention bonus, go F yourself. It's about 48 bucks a week after taxes IF I stay for a year after the close.

    Second, if you think an additional version of IC is a performance bonus, go F yourself. Those results are already baked in before I sign the compliance wire.

    For BMY to get anything near top value for Otezla, the product needs to keep sales going strong. To do that, the cast offs need a performance bonus. Not one for sticking around, but one that only pays out if the product performs up too close. Set some number and then pay people. Otherwise, I am staying at the shore.

    I want to know why some territories get “projected numbers” a for non reporting pharamacy. But others don’t!?? Bull Sh!t

    And why does California get so much credit for Kaiser when they can’t even see them?!

    If you are in California, Texas, Oklahoma, NJ or Virginia you get "projected" SP sales.

    If you are anywhere else, even when they know an SP's numbers are suspect, you get nada.

    Don't like it? Go back to whatever shithole you came from commies.

    i have two teammates always going to Presidents Club off projected numbers. How in the hell is that ok?

    Back to the original post- we ain’t getting nothing else outta Celgene for bonus. They want us long gone, we are now a nuisance

    Reported almost $500 MILLION is sales for the second quarter yesterday. If I do the math from my reports, I sold about $12 million of that by myself. In one quarter. Well at least if I keep producing and stay for a whole year after the close(whenever that is), I will cash in and whopping $5100 for my retention bonus (after taxes).
