What makes employees stay? Peace of mind. When they feel important, secured, heard, understood. There is too much pressure in life already and they just want to work. Don’t create a toxic environment and then wonder why they leave.

Here’s toxic: expecting a years work in a month of approval with no support from management, except to ask for updates. Financial was a huge need to start and we just got it. Reset your expectations, give us space, hear us.

Sage is odd. It is acceptable to use profanity in open meetings at headquarters by employees at all levels of the organization which contributes to a toxic and hostile atmosphere.

Unbelievable. I thought this was a recent post on what’s going on right now, not from 4 years ago on their last flop. I wonder if they expect different results.

This place is a nightmare. Our leadership is lost and has no character. Management doesn’t know how to run the business. One of our board members, S Paul, is widely known to have an addiction to Asian Massage Parlors back near his home in Indiana.

Unfortunately Sage will never be successful. They are not well run and did not learn from the mistakes and failures of their first launch. Investors will have very little faith in the pipeline or more accurately pipe dream that has always been Sage. All the hype about culture and taking care of employees is great but not if you can’t successfully develop and market products. Good luck

No doubt culture is strong. But commercial knowledge and experience is weak. Look at the C level- has beens and never beens… and they won’t leave because this is the best gig they have ever landed.

Great job with new Ohio manager. He was fired from Novo. Slept with one of his managers and got caught when he fired him. A hollow shell of a human being. Have fun with him Sage!

I forgot about this. He either got pinched or was well know for going to rub and tug spots. Is he still on our board? Laughable
