Salary and benefits

What’s the salary range for those positions? Target bonus? Company car? Vacay?

 

no company car, car allowance of $450 per month

 

$450 a month is crap. What do they think this is, 2000?

 

Wow, the other start up I’m interviewing with is offering $1000 a month

 

I don't think thats accurate. I was told $750 per month plus $.28/mile

 

I heard the same.

 

Vacation? Shutdown? 401k? Stock? Anyone have any idea?

 

3 weeks, yes, still in talks for the last two.

$750 is what I heard as well. Have you guys been scheduled for next round with hiring manager? My recruiter told me I was going to be put through but still hasnt told me when. I am in the mid south.

 

Contacted yesterday for phone interview with hiring manager for today. Friend in another region was contacted yesterday for phone interview tomorrow. Still unsure about base pay and bonuses.....

 

I asked if 130 min. This is quite risky move if you already have job, so I'd ideally like more to deliver lunches. Was told 32-35k bonus, so not great and $750 car allowance, .35 mile. 3 weeks vacay.

 

Has anyone moved on to face to face interviews or just phone screens at this point?

 

Im selling Aimovig now with a 150k base. Im interviewing but the $$ has to be at least 20% more or Im not leaving

 

$150k base at Amgen or Novartis? Dang, good for you. Unfortunately I doubt they would pay that much more, but who knows. I am still waiting to hear back, recruiter said manager was out of town and still choosing candidates.

 

I haven’t met heard a thing from the manager or the recruiter in two weeks. Very unprofessional!

Princton one is who i have been talking to. They respond when I call or email but just saying they dont know anything yet
