This board is pretty quiet considering the stock set a new 10-year low yesterday, and broke it again this morning. I guess everyone is comfortable with their book of business and their commissions...pretty sad from a sales team that used to be driven to succeed.

Ouch! $17’s now, headed for bust. It sickens me to know how many dedicated lifers have watched their ESOP fizzle down to nothing. That’s a significant amount of retirement that some spent 30+ years to build, just to lose in a matter of 2 years. The market has ZERO confidence in PDCO now. What a joke of a company it has become.

Ha! I’m sure you said this at $40, $30, $20, now in the teens. I’ve got a bridge I want to sell you too.

    Hey Rogan
Stop shilling for this company. You have done enough damage!

“We’re all going to be rich from the ride this stock goes on .... $50 is just the beginning”

ha ha ha...and where is he now

where is he now you ask? He is enjoying life with all the stock he cashed in before the fall and living on $800,000+ and a payout of 1.2M while the rest of the loyal employees are up shit creek without a paddle

Or better yet - Anderson telling everyone at the Moonshot panic meeting that once we "Broke gravity" with Cerec (knowing full well we were stocked to the gills with a model that was about to be replaced), PDCO would become the "Master stocking distributor" for Sirona in North America. As more dealers were eventually brought on, our stock price would sore and families handsomely rewarded for the hard work and foresight as all future sales would flow through us. I'd like to think he actually believed it at the time.

Later that same brutally cold day in MN, he announced to the group assembled Adec was about to open HSIC as a dealer and that we would somehow beat them to the punch and handle our own messaging rather than let word get out as if it were some type of moral victory. We would triumphantly bring back Pelton into our expanded portfolio of products. Things haven't been the same since.

Anderson is a good guy but he wasn’t qualified to be CEO. From what I heard he was put in that position because his father in law was a major stock holder and wanted him back in Minnesota and put in as CEO. Scott was great one on one and in a group setting. Unfortunately he failed at being the boss. He is in hiding or probably playing golf and traveling. He is not on Facebook anymore. It would be interesting to find out where he is. We know where that idiot Misiak landed. How about Gugino.

I don’t know why the BOD or the last crew of crooks don’t get more bad press coverage than they do. This shit should be following Anderson, Gugino, Misiak, Guggenheim and Rogan around like the massive puss filled ass rash that it is.

They talk about things like “headwinds” being the a major cause of our trouble like it’s some obscure thing that ruined this company, when it’s clearly a direct result of too may simians in one place at one time.

How do these people get jobs at other places and why In the fuck are some of them still here????

These so called leaders will not take responsibility for the bad decisions. The excuses they give are old. They need a new act! It’s a great question about how they get jobs at other places. They must lie like hell on their resumes. Guys like Rogan who is still here should be called on the carpet by the employees. He was one of the crooks that put the company in its tailspin. Why indeed is he still here!

We are still a solid team. Battered, yes. Beaten, no. It is very disheartening to see our stock price down, but we are resilient and will push through it. Current management has as much of the blame as the previous. Two years is enough time to have turned the ship. Something bigger must be in store for PDCO. For now, take care of your client, first. This will help you weather whatever storms come our way.

“Storms” Rogan? Some slight “headwinds”, is another one you use . Seriously? The garden gnome that you are should be hiding behind a tomato plant and keep your trap shut while this Cat 1 Hurricane wipes is out for good. You evil little prick!

Evil would imply some forethought and being able to follow through on a plan. Nah, this is unfortunately much worse. Complete ineptitude. Little douche is making it up as he goes along.

While he and Ann Gugino were busy hosting conference calls telling the investment community how solid our fundamentals were and how bright the future would be, she was busy selling shares as fast as she could go. All the employees who continued to load the wagon in the low $40's will never see their ESPP money. These people should be prosecuted.

Although the thought makes me gag a little, I wonder if the two of them had a little more going on. You know that stupid little game you play when you repeat the words from a fortune and end it with “between the sheets”?

    Some examples:

“You’re going to ruin a company, between the sheets”

“You’re going to destroy many loyal employees retirement plans, between the sheets”

“You’re going to surround yourselves with a bunch of other halfwits, between the sheets”
