Ericks “evidence” folder

EB and his moral high ground is a joke. He stands on stage talking about this evidence folder he carries around and talks at us about what is in ours. What is yours EB? You bash people frequently. You play favorites. You manipulate. Your spew your venom and make people not want to work here. I hope Alisa finds out how much you talk about her. That’s part of what is your evidence folder.

 

Brenner is a predictable bastard isn’t he?!? Look, I don’t know what to tell you. The executive leadership team apparently loves him. What’s one to do? Oh! Wait! I know! Let’s stroke his ego... tell him how good he is... he’s so great. Kind of like they do to Miles.

 

If the executive team loves EB they are blind should all be fired by EQT on the spot. He’s horrible and has been a snake since Val days

The problem with Erick is his deep-rooted insecurity. He talks about practically everyone and you simply should not trust him. I've known him for several years and was surprised that he was named Vice President and knew that his style would be a problem eventually. He talks about Alisa, Drew, marketing in general, most of the Directors and most of the RSM's. I don't think he means harm.

I’m simply saying that it is just his personality. He’s a great guy and doesn’t know how destructive his bashing of people really is and if he only knew how much it makes people resent him he would stop. However, only Carrie could ever tell him and she won’t because she feeds his ego plus gossips with him. Erick really doesn’t mean any harm so give him a break.

Typical man missing the point. All that I meant is Erick is a very nice man. Deeply flawed but nice. No one has ever likely given him feedback and the one person who could do it just gossips to him.

 

Someone who gossips about everyone is a nice guy? You are a dummy. Someone with that title and salary should be well respected. He has no credibility. He is the least supportive VP of the salesforce I have ever witnessed. Drew gossips about the salesforce. He thinks he is smarter and you are idiots.

 

Agree on Erick. The funny thing about him is that he is such an emotionally fragile "leader" that he retaliates on the smallest things. If you don't kiss his butt he will take it out on you. He invites you to text him and when you do he doesn't respond back. If you are in his circle you will be invited to participate in every sales advisory team. I've asked my manager on several occasions to serve on one of the SAG teams but the only response I get is Erick controls everything. I'm being retaliated against because Erick doesn't like who I sit next to at meetings. We have two meetings each year so his opinion is based on one meeting? How is it possible for him to know what an account manager can and cannot bring to the SAG team when he rarely goes into the field?

 

What does Erick do?

 

He got you a new car, great comp plan, cool contests, GAIN, collaborations and a number of other things.
Leave him alone and go to work.
