    either Gilead or a private equity firm (aka greedy hedge fund dudes that will ruin all that is good about us)

    Does Enbrel even have reps? I am serious. I never see them. I never see their literature. There's never anything like a teaching kit or anything in the sample closets. I don't see them on lunch schedules. I don't see them at Grand Rounds. I don't see them anywhere. Someone at corporate must sign them up for conventions, because they have a booth, but it never has any reps. When I do look at the registration list, they have half a dozen PharmDs registered but no one is ever at the booth.

    Yes, my biggest volume doc has two reps for embrel calling on him. Both older ladies. And prolia they keep pushing as well. I know they would love to sell a new drug like Otezla

    the bidding process doesn't end until Friday
    look for an announcement mid September
    look of a consent decree by early Oct
    deal likely to close Nov 8
    final divestiture of apremilast to take place between Dec 15 and Jan 15
