    THE COMPANY HAS NOT HIT GOAL TO UNREALISTIC IDIOTS MAKING GOALS. TRY SWIMMING IN THE OCEAN WITH GREAT WHITE SHARKS.

    IF YOU WANT PEOPLE TO STAY HOW ABOUT A RETENTION BONUS OR HAVING MARKY MARK TAKE A PAY CUT AND EVERYONE GETS A SLICE OF HIS 14 MILLION DOLLAR SALARY.

    They know that the kind of shit talent they have now are unemployable, so why the hell do you think they are going to give you a retention bonus... on other hand, forget even your regular bonus for this year and that paycheck you get for which you choose to work for a spineless, unethical, and weak leadership is not going to last for long either.

    Did you have your head buried in the sand for the past 3 years?? What makes you think that losers like you who choose to work in a shit-hole, are incompetent to not make their goal, and whine about this online, deserve a retention bonus!!! you know what..LEAVE...take 3 months to figure out if there is a company that wants to hire you..

    Does Humana, United Health, Aetna, DOJ, CMS, BSBS, CNN, 60 minutes know about this “sales challenge” from our fearless leaders??? This plan only benefits the company while asstar rapes insurances daily, bankrupts small towns, and increases Medicare spend. Keep sending these “challenges” oh great overpaid, million dollar executives. You better line those pockets because this will be the last year of your pathetic , loophole scheme.

    Even worse having a sales meeting in Las Vegas and icing on the cake the 4 seasons.

    Sometimes I think they are trying to make us look even worse.

    How about the red roof in Des Moines, Iowa and give us all a check for a couple grand rather than Vegas and the 4 seasons.

    Interview coming up to sell Ofirmev. Can someone tell me what its like here? I read a lot of bad, but it sounds like its coming from production line. I've read a small amount of good. I don't want to jump from one company to another if its just switching problems. Please advise

    Great company and good leadership. Hiring freeze on the ARD side, but the hospital portfolio is a big booming business. The over priced Tylenol is a blockbuster. See you soon.

    Crap job. Hospital pharmacists hate you due to usuage and their perception of it being over priced IV Tylenol....which is sort of is.Crap access. The HRS drug data not so good, In fact when the data was released last week, the stock declined. Without a doubt Malli has the absolute worst leadership in the industry....no joke. These guys intelligence and decision making is a joke. I can’t say it enough, such weak leadership. It’s not going to get better either, it’s going toward a big pharma model of controls and metrics. The place sucks....really bad.

    Can't say just yet but biotech company now being run by big pharma. All the leadership that was here when I arrived are now gone and they've been replaced by "leadership" from big pharma companies. Changed dramatically in past year. Salary in 140 plus range.

    Don't know what to do. CP is a place thats generally pretty negative, but there's also some truth to the negative points-sometimes a lot. I'm hoping grass might be greener. Important move for me right now, if I make it

    Im also coming from a place where the managers work with you every month like clockwork for 2 days. She's here so often that I've been asked to not bring her around to several of my clinic anymore.

    Coming from biotech where its changed dramatically in a short period of time. Leadership that was once here is gone and has been replaced by leaders from big pharma companies, so thats what we've now become. Salary is mid 140's.

    Culture and most managers are great. Pay is great. Way better than big Pharma jackA’s...But can you stomach selling fraud? No one will really pressure you to sell because they know it’s a scam too. Just get up everyday and be misleading and deceptive about proven efficacy, price, safety. Those are core values at mnk deceptive and misleading.

    The best advice use the Internet and search engines to research the product, the company, and the pipeline. Why would you come to cafe pharma for career advice? Talk to people at the company and ask them questions. Why the hell would you want career advice from a pharma blog ???? I don’t think your smart enough to get by the interview anyway.

    Yeah, I guess asking company employees on their company thread about the company they work for doesn't count. Go figure. I don't know any company employees tough guy.
