I’ve made my career on selling products based on efficacy and safety. That’s what matters.

The point is by selling on the scheduling is ridiculous.
S+E is poor and not what we were lead to believe. That’s on the management team and they need to answer for it

I Am a good sales person and so are some others but the reality is this is shit. It’s cool we are high paid- at the moment, until they realize they cannot pay all of us. I heard that was already the discussion with the big wigs.

 

It’s this attitude that will not succeed here. We need you focused and as a winner.

Focus on the positives and there are many of them. If you cannot then maybe you should re evaluate where you are at

It's the right approach to focus on the data and claims in hand. Agree cataplexy is a moot point in that there is no claim. That said the value of the claim would be substantial, patient survey's suggest that up to 65% of patients experience cataplexy, though MD recognition is low but a good chance to educate. It would also be a good differentiator (since only Xyrem currently has the indication) and take some focus off of the less than stellar EDS data.
