i don’t understand what the FRMs do all day and who tracks their activity. Our FRM Wendy was a very unsuccessful DBL her entire career and as an FRM she seems to just vacation with family and friends throughout our geography. How about responding to calls and email. Being awful in 2 roles for over 6 years in a company is shocking . Please be accountable

Same. Our FRM hasn’t reached out to the team since her first week with the company. Exactly what do they do all day is a question that I would love to get an honest answer. The only time that it was requested to help our team, the pull-through was a fail. Very unfortunate for the patient that didn’t get the meds that they desperately needed & made our company look like a joke in the eyes of the provider.

On top of not working, my fulfillment rate has actually DECREASED since they were hired. They not only don’t help but actually hurt. We DONT need them.

Sucks for you. We are running on all cylinders in OH.

I think the last of them was hired in July or something, they’re barely in place. Too early to give them much blame or credit for any changes to fulfillment.

Wendy is a team player and hard worker. If you can’t collaborate with her it’s probably on you. She’s a very sweet person and we are happy she chose to stay here after the 5461 fiasco

These whiny posts are an embarrassment to our sales team. Act like a professional and speak to someone if you have a problem.

Aristada reps love the FRM role in OH. If you are a team player and and not territorial - it’s amazing what a FRM can accomplish for you. But you do have to put some effort in and actually make them aware of the issue so they can assist you.

Of course FRM's work. Such a silly question. Just this week our FRM had two team members, a hub analyst, a KAM and I think the managed care girl on a conference call to discuss an Rx from an obscure plan that wasn't fulfilled. Turns out it was a ACA plan where it was covered as a medical benefit with the appropriate medical co-insurance. Then it was discussed how we might work together to change the policy and maybe get coverage as a pharmacy benefit. All for a ACA plan that has next to no Rx's. We all enjoyed spending an hour on the call instead of calling on customers. Thanks for helping me spend my time in a productive way. Oh ya, FRM's are working. The question should be is are they bringing value? My answer would be no. So far they are making us much more inefficient. Have to agree with other posters that they aren't needed here. Not being "territorial" just being real. I think many would concur.

Love how the FRMs are posting on here about how they are ‘loved in Ohio.’ What a joke. They are useless and bring NOTHING to the table. Basically doing what TBMs have been doing for years. Please reallocate this waste of money somewhere it could be utilized. FRMs must go.

LOL. True. I'm thinking that if we continue on the foolish adding of positions that are not needed that we will not only keep all the FRM's but add more. Or maybe we will add a transitional assistant FRM position that TBM's can apply for. These assistant FRM positions would help the FRM coordinate worthless conference calls, be the liason between the FRM adn TBM's and coordinate the collaboration between HBL's and KAM's and the FRM's.

Collaboration here means taking everyones time away from selling not working more efficiently. I guess that's what happens when you hire KAM's, HBL's and FRM's that have little to do. The collaborate with us and each other. Did Astellas have products that had no competition so all their employees did was hold conference calls, meetings and web meetings to "collaborate" and get a nice lunch or dinner and pad thier hotel stays adn frequent flier miles? Sure seems that way.

FRMs won’t be going anywhere. Only person going will be you and wherever you land you’ll be working with an FRM again. Welcome to the real world chump.

The FRMs for our team have told us they are not to be contacted and will not help us nor share any information. How is this considered acceptable when senior management continues to tell us we are a “transparent” team. Hello leadership, listen to the field and not the talking heads who don’t actually call on providers.

They are dead weight. Imagine if we cut the fat by eliminating the FRM and majority of KAM positions. Our stock would increase just based on the cost savings. Investors realize we made a mistake expanding useless roles. If we correct that, it will show good faith that we are headed in the right direction.
