Well he may have a job because he has hired, trained, developed, maintained as well as promoted his reps. He manages his employees as adults and holds them accountable for their actions!

Not to mention I think he has won Pinnacle 5 times. (3 as a manager). You should ask his peers on how “He still have a job”. You may want to ask yourself, how do you still have a Job or a better question should you even have a with this company.

    Your clock is ticking!

    Totally agree with response
If you don’t like where you are at simply find another job and quit whining and do something else.

Yes karma is a you know what. I’m shocked he lasted this long especially with all the complaints and nasty stuff he has done. It’s sad his Reps had to suffer due to his insecurity’s. In regards to his pinnacle winnings he was just along for the ride with his reps hard work, plane n simple.

Remember what you said about Karma! You also sound as ignorant as you probably sound in your offices when you say he was just on for the ride due to his reps hard work. Obviously he was able to get his reps to work hard and if he had tenure like you say he does, loyalty was another thing he had. Reps that complain are well with their right but reps who don’t take constructive criticism are the ones who brings companies down. YOU seem to be the ladder! Everyone knows who You are and YOU, will truly see what Karma means. Lol! Prepare yourself!

prepare for what more harassment? Is my clock ticking to? Your the one who dug yourself in your own hole. You should learn from this and start treating your future reps better. Lots of folks don’t like you and apparently it’s hard for you to come to terms with the truth even thu it’s staring you in the face.

this EX- Dallas manager that thinks he is so great should spend more time taking grammar and anger management courses instead of wasting time with idle threats on this site. YOU now have plenty of time on your hands so remove that chip from your shoulder and move on! I’m sure there is another company willing to listen to your B.S.!

Lol! The rep is hilarious! He/she will never learn! I am a current employee and we all know what happen to him and he was liked by all of his reps. You must be that one! We know more than what you think and I personally think he will be ok! Lol!

An obvious attempt to discredit a good parson, someone is upset because they got fired!!!
Stop harassing people and support them instead of being arrogant and freeloading on your reps.
    Get a life, move on.

How long have you worked for him? I have known him for 6 years and he has never made me feel uncomfortable nor has he ever disrespected anyone on our team. He was a hard working Rep and a damn good manager. He cared about all of us and our families. If he was such a bad person, why did everyone lean on him or come to him for help. What I know about you is all of your managers complained about you. Your bad attitude, how much you were a cancer to your teams, and how bad you were at just doing your job. If you had anything to do with him not being at Mission, that’s there loss. He was also a damn good dresser! Whoever started this thread should be ashamed of yourself and I hope he is ok. Well I know he is ok but I know he was loyal to MPC.

Realistically speaking now, where is Mission in six months?

100% inaccurate! While this message thread started all about a question revolving around him and not Pinnacle Wins. Every manager has areas where he/she could improve. Being a colleague of his and close to a lot of his reps, I haven’t heard anything remotely close to what was said. What I have heard is consistent negative output from one source. The same person who falsely accused 3 different managers who didn’t side with her. She has started a rumbling in our district that has been consistent with what has been said on this thread and a complaint has been made. Her words to a few of us has been, “ I got him fired”! Not knowing that we all had a relationship with him. Again, I agree with one post when someone who said she is a cancer.

Also the complaint that was made about him per the source:

He used language such as “we have to get this shit togetherness “, not directed to any particular person, but the entire team.

He dressed to flashy- that came from one source out of Alabama. (Per the reps in his former team).

Also another complaint that resulted in an apology because the comments came from someone in the family and not him.

Never anything bully related but a real personal vendetta against him.

Admitted troll here. Sounds like this manager hired poorly. Ended up with cancer on the team. Cancer is plural. Cancer usually starts with someone who accepts no responsibility in the first place and places blame on someone else. Its sickening you would go out of your way to try and destroy someone's reputation. That is pure hatred. Here's a question to ponder: how many managers have I not liked? If its numerous, the problem is actually you. Anyway. Done trolling.

    great Troll!

  19. I really wish you all would put your name and not be anonymous. Or how about reach out to parties involved. This is so grade school! To my knowledge, not one of his employees has ever accused him of “preying” on them and the 2 that have complained was because he held them accountable. What the previous manager should have done. He is an upstanding man and family man. He was always fair and approachable and if you ask any DM, they would say the same. Hell, you could ask Steve, Stuart, Natalie, and family member, or higher up. What you have done is tarnish his name and you should be ashamed. What I know about him is that he is more than ok. Mission on the other hand, not so much. I say that because this has happen to several other good people. They want us to trust them but tell less than the truth to Reps. They want us to trust them but all mentioned above have NO confidence in the above that they will do right by the sales force. So in short, GET OUT! I am trying my hardest to and just like previous managers, some of you use this hidden platform to tarnish someone’s name and that’s just not right.

P.S. whoever started this and we have a good idea who did, you are a piece of shit!

Well I will start by saying, Wow! I have always tried to stay off of this site but I guess I was important enough to make it.

I will not a dress the few negative statements but I will say thank you to the ones who viewed me as a good manager and person. I have a lot of admiration for the the family and really appreciate the opportunity that was given to me here. I appreciate all of those who either worked under me and my peers. I truly thank all of you. I wish this company nothing but the best and I wish all of you nothing but the best.

I am in a great place in my career and I am looking forward to further success. If you have access to my information and need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out. Good luck MPC Family!

    GEAUX TIGERS!
