Look, I am a non-binary liberal, but who creates these vendor courses for HR? The Huffington Post? MSNBC? I just completed my 33rd compliance wire course this year and no matter what course, whether its Corporate Supplier Training, Data Protections, Insider Trading, Meals and Travel, Fleet, Allegations of Misconduct, Medical Affairs Interactions, Code of Conduct, you name it - the guilty person in the scenarios is always the white dude. Come on, I get it, you are making up for years of institutional bias and structural racism but its not realistic for the guilty guy to always be the emasculated Euro-Male. Go study 13/90.

Welcome... BMS culture. Where white males are the devil and minorities and women can't do any wrong. My college professors and MSNBC would be proud this plague is spreading to divide our civilization further.

Let's all gather round and flog the white man for hate crimes and racial inequalities perpetrated by their ancestors. While we ignore South Africa and all of the whites enslaved throughout history by various groups of people.

Wish I could get severance for disagreeing with company culture.

Not sure if you missed the joke, but I was trying to point out how absolutely insane it is to care whether the race and gender of fictional characters in an internal compliance training. You work on the sales and marketing side of the biopharmaceutical industry and the thing that motivates you to complain in a public forum is the lack of south asian women (or whatever) that are depicted making mistakes in compliance training courses? What is wrong with you?

You aren't outraged that the US is essentially the only country to allow DTC television ads. Or that we pay people $150k to deliver lunches to offices to bribe MDs. Or that our drug prices are higher than every other comparable OECD country. Or that hiring decisions are largely based on attendence at premier private coastal schools and/or personal connections

The real injustice is that there aren't enough latinas doing bad thing in shoddy compliance wire trainings that everyone opens, leaves on in the background for 15 minutes, then signs to avoid a tedious reminder from their manager.

Take the stupid trainings and receive your bloated paycheck while you still can. Maybe get some perspective along the way.

Which part of my white privilege should I check at the door?

The part where we were so poor growing up we had to eat discarded and expired McDonald's food my dad stole from the dumpster?

The shitty schooling I had to do years of self study to make up for?

The over priced college education I still pay for that didn't allow me to get grants because, by the time I was ready for college my parents made enough money to support themselves but not enough money to help me?

Constantly being held to a double standard regarding race? Or subject to the EEOC "points" system employers often use when making hires for tax benefits.

Or how about now having to support my parents because they don't have a dime to their name, because apparently their white privilege has afforded them the opportunity to be in a crap ton of mortgage debt and medical debt at the end years of their life, and now they can't work because of health issues.

Yeah... White privilege. So privileged to be subject to a bunch of morons who have been brainwashed by the media to use race as a scapegoat and not socio economic status.

There's only two classes that determine your treatment in the u.s. rich and poor.

    Have a nice life.
