Really people? You can’t get all pissed off about Sage until you get pissed at yourself. This was a 60 hour infusion when you interviewed. It hasn't changed

Reality check- in the interview this was not a REMs product and was designed for home infusion.

Reality check - You obviously didn’t do your pre-interview due diligence reviewing clinical trial design. Product was never studied in home infusion environment. Did you really expect the FDA would give indication for that?!?

Hey Thanks everyone. You fixed my depression. You are truly gifted. Also, screw you to the person that brought up FDA trials and home infusion. You are a royal idiot. Let me know about all the home clinical trial sites where home clinical trials are conducted. Way to be.

Who gives a shit about 60 hour infusion. Thats a challenge and nothing more. The company on the other hand is nothing short of crap. The culture here is TOXIC. Overly micromanaged and very mistrustful and skeptical. Every single person on my team are interviewing and looking for new jobs. We were completely LIED to in the interviews. Where is the great culture for sales? Big pharma is better than this company. No one could list one thing that makes this company better other than things that make it worse. Too many managers that overly manage, too much paperwork, too many metrics. Managers need to be cut in half as they have nothing to do other than to make the employees miserable. Managers should at minimum have 9 employees. Everyone is under a constant microscope. There is NO culture here and I wish I would have stayed at my other job. If it wasn't already filled, I would be gone. There is going to be a mass exodus soon. If someone could post one thing that makes this company better than big pharma, please post it. There is nothing. I had 5 weeks vacation plus Christmas week off and if you didn't use it, you would get the payout, I had better insurance and now none of my prescriptions are covered, I had a better 401K. Principal? Really? All the companies I have worked for paid for annual gym membership. My bonuses were significantly higher. Getting these shitty bonuses during a launch? People go to launches for great bonuses. The reimbursement and access team need to be fired. Terrible and they don't know what they are doing. MSL's are worst in the entire industry. Do nothing.

Completely agree. This is a terrible, terrible company. Can't wait to get out of here. I also agree there are far too many managers and won't be surprised if there are changes. There won't be a new drug for 2 years.

How are we going to do this another 2 years? I honest to God don’t know if I can take this. Enrolling super sick moms that we know full well we can’t infuse is not only unethical, but it’s cruel.

Keep detailed records of anything unethical... to include being asked to gain enrollment forms...just for the sake of submitting an enrollment form. An enrollment form, at this point, is mostly false hope and a complete waste of valuable healthcare and company resources. Not to mention unabashedly cruel to the patient waiting for nothing.

Document, preferably via email, your concerns about anything you’re being asked to do that you believe to be unethical.

We are all running short on credibility, due to unrealistic and unethical pressures.

It’s absolutely being documented and has been.

Yes! Agreed! Document. Document. Document. The Compliance Department is very unethical. HR can't be trusted. This sham of a company will go down in flames. Cover your asses. Your manager is NOT your friend. Many of us are sharing job leads. It is time to help one another to get out.

Have to agree. Management at Cambridge is just as sad. The egomaniacs in finance are the worst when they're actually in the office. The corporate office is empty after Wednesday. Everyone just goofing off until the big buyout.

What buy out? I read rumors but that was years ago with Amgen. Haven’t seen anything since. Please elaborate.

The launch has been abysmal simply because they don't know what they are doing. The leaders here are complete idiots. They treat the field force like trash and no one likes the culture here. There will be a mass exodus soon because everyone and I do mean everyone hates it here. They will need to sell soon, but not at the price they thought they would get. The product portfolio needs to be taken over by a company that knows how to launch products. The leaders at Sage don't know how to launch a product and were ill prepared and it cost them. They are looking for a buyer.
