Really no opinions on Fridays roll out of the awesome semi secret Purpose Vision and Values? Some videos that are tantamount to squat! Amazing.......

Well. I must say. I’m actually freaked out that a Fortune 500 company had no clear PVV. Like seriously ? We’re not a 2 year old company. It’s actually freaky that we needed to do this when our stick is crap. Our Marketing team doesn’t do any marketing. Shit is falling apart everywhere and we rely so much on our manufacturing partners to do all the heavy lifting and us benefit from it. What a joke

They let Guggenheim speak to the masses? If management puts their trust in what that silver spoon failed ex-President wannabe no talent rock star has to say.....well....good luck!

i was actually looking forward to it - agreed, colossal miss. Why don’t they run this by a small and select group from the field first to get some feedback rather than those asskissers in Minny? It looked exactly like the work of Guugie and Runt Rogen.

    Pathetic.

    Values? Guest

When one constantly feels the need to reinvent themselves, they’re really admitting they don’t have a clue who they are.
This is sometimes accepted behavior of a teen going through their adolescent years, but for leaders of a company with PDCO’s longevity to feel the need to only now establish a Purpose, Vision and Values Statement it shows what shallow people they really are.
They have no foundational values. The immoral habits of so many in leadership is common knowledge and the flippant use of four-letter words when giving company speeches shows their low intellectual capacity with such a limited vocabulary that is evocative of sex and feces.

This is known as gutter language, is it any wonder the stock is also in the gutter?

To add value to others, one must first have values, and the quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.

When trying to figure out what went wrong at PDCO, it really isn’t that complicated.

    Wow!
    I think you nailed it!

I’ve been present many times with the profanity and the taking of the Lord’s name in vain at public company events by the leadership from Minnesota.

This new leadership team has had plenty of time to turn this thing around and this is what they’ve came up with. It would be more disappointing to those that thought it could be, jokes on you,,,and the shareholders.

I left this company before the new regime came in. I left because of people like Anderson, Rogan, Guggenheim, Misiak and Gugino. They were not only incompetent "leaders" but they were also crooks who didn't give a damn about the employees, stock holders or the company. Now this new leadership team who has no dental experience and are no doubt listening to the left-over losers like Rogan and Guggenheim have made a laughing stock out of Patterson. The stock price tells the story. And.... the posts on this site certainly are interesting but they fall on deaf ears. What a shame!
