    Well your poll isn't working. I don't care who gets the roles as long as it's not Andrea or Kenny. Both play the game well by BS'n with Chelsea and telling her what she wants to hear but has ZERO respect from the field. Neither have the EQ for that role. Andrea left on her own.....why bring her back? She can't handle the heat. You should poll the teams of these candidates.....I would guarantee Craig, Glen or JB would be the top candidates as far as leadership and respect from those they lead.

    You cannot have a dream team when the coach, Chelsea is there. A complete non-performer who has never led anyone effectively. This business is going down the tubes - so much for culture!

    Chelsea has only been in the role for a couple months. I will give her an opportunity to prove herself. So far many of her decisions have been good ones. The ABD roles need to be with the candidates that care about their people, challenge their people and believe in their people. That would be CG, JB or GB. If we are working on improving culture we need leaders that are not self-centered. I wish she would survey the field. Out of all current candidates CG is by far the best person for the job. The guy is a phenomenal leader.

    Whether or not Chelsea has been in her role a couple of months or years it doesn’t matter. Chelsea does what Chelsea wants without any regard for what is truly best for the team. The only way our culture will be better is to have people that care. My vote for the ABD would be anyone but AS. She made her choice when she left. We need someone that can lead and really care about the team. We also need someone that Chelsea will not try to be a puppet master to.

    think Chelsea deserves the benefit of the doubt. She, like all of us began doing what we needed to do to survive under the leadership of JS. We all had/have an opportunity to hit the restart button as of hid June. The choices she and Nelson make for our ABDs will tell a lot about what type of culture is really being built. We are either going to get the ABDs who are smooth/polished or we will get the team mentors/people developers. Think it is safe to say that the whole sales division would like to see us continue to move in a direction where we are lead by those who demonstrate authenticity and transparency.

    We don't need polished. We know who that would be. Give us someone that cares about people and their development. The decision of who the ABD's will be the tipping point for WHC. If they make the wrong decision and go with the "polished" candidates rather than those that have the respect of the field for having already created a great culture on their existing teams it will tip the field in the wrong direction. I pray Chelsea sees the wolf in the sheep's clothing.

    i hope Chelsea hires the best ABD candidate regardless of being internal or internal.

    INTERNAL OR INTERNAL-----bahhahahaha! #goodone! If she is a smart business woman like I think she is she will nose around and find out who the field respects and check on some rumors that are floating out there about one of her candidates.

    Do we have final candidates yet???? My Lord Chelsea is slower than a turtle walking backwards in her decision making process! Hope JB & CG get it. I would work for either of those guys in a heart beat. Not so much the other candidates. My reps are pulling for one of those guys. (Can't give too much information or you will know what area I am from). The other candidates were part of the culture problem and we need new blood in those roles. Other than that I am happy with the way things are going in WHC.
