Chelsea is looking for a leader that will connect with the Arizona team that will deliver results. If you want nice and incompetent that’s not going to happen. She will hire the BEST internal or external RBM that has leadership skills, can learn the market quickly, if they are external, and create a team that will lift up and not tear down WHC and will deliver the units.

People it’s about delivering results. This company and division will reward you, however there is no new Affordable Care Act, no Trump bump, and there is no Kyleena launch. So get out there and defend and grow your Mirena and grow, grow Kyleena. Make it happen!

It doesn’t matter who your RBM is. Make it happen for yourself.

I truly love my job. I love what I do. I love the people I work with and I am so fortunate to be a representative for Mirena. When I think about all the starving children everywhere it makes me sad but then, I think about Kyleena and it turns my frown upside down.
