my best advice is to run unless you are desperate and I mean desperate for a job. Toxic corporate culture that shames its reps saying that we are disappointments because they over forecasted, while the greedy corporate executives cash in all of their stock options. Unrealistic expectations 2000+ rxs of a drug that has ZERO coverage. And no bonus! Yes, now because we have unrealistic goals, they are paying us per rx. For a new start up company, I’ve never seen so much turnover after 5 months of launching a product. Good luck and run if your smart! A mass exidous is starting to happen, that should tell you a lot.

Is it mostly just bad managed care coverage, or PAs/ multiple step edits, etc.?

Fake News. No mass exodus or turnover. No toxic management or culture. Silince troll!

We are not being paid per RX. Lol- I wish we were! It depends on your territory how bad/good managed care is. I would do research first. It varies across the nation.

The PBM's control how a territory performs. Its not the doctors and it's not you. More than half the sales force has turned over now since launch. Odds are if a territory is open the managed care sucks and the last rep left for something better.
