how did your chat go? I’ll be happy to give you any information. It’s just like any other Pharma gig. It depends on the manager. This is, however a tough sell in most areas. We are under paid compared to reps who do the same thing which is most likely why there’s an opening, lots of turnover. It’s still got some growing pains and hopefully the generic side can start making money. Hope that helps
Bonus Payout this Friday. How many will we lose by next Monday? We had to have lost 15-20 after Bonus Pay Out in September. On the other hand, there are so many new people here there aren’t enough Reps with tenure to garner big offers from other companies
What is the average bonus payout a rep makes per quarter? Interviewing and would like to hear realistic numbers and could trust what I hear here.
