By far the worst company in the industry. They don't give two shits about the patient.

If I’m told to drive demand one more time, I’m going to need Zulresso. We were hired due to our experience and expertise. Let us do our job. This product isn’t an overnight sell.

Honestly, I love my job here. Every day is a challenge and I learn something new. Certainly not your typical pharma job and not for everyone. I'm thankful I have a good boss that understands this isn't a hypertension drug we are selling. Lots of stuff out there for those that are not happy. As for me, I'm going to continue to push and learn while hoping future products are blockbusters. Go ahead, RIP on me because your not happy. My advice, if your really that miserable, go find something else that is easier where you really dont have to sell.

I’m not this poster but I’m also happy here. I enjoy challenges and don’t mind helping clean up messes. I’m going to ride it out and try to have a little fun along the way. I haven’t been terrorized by my RBD, and I think that makes a world of difference when navigating this rocky launch. I have come to think of this year as a soft launch with an opportunity relaunch early next year, or whenever it starts to click in my territory (currently no SOC). The product is great, the future products are too, and there are many opportunities here; I don’t want to be a TBS much longer. There are also opportunities elsewhere so, if you’re truly unhappy, seize those if you’re able.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY COMING FROM THE SAME POSTER. I'm not buying what you are shoveling. The reimbursement team ruined the drug and good luck having any of your patients actually going through. The bonus $ is nonexistent. It is actually a joke what they are giving to the employees in launch mode. Never have I experienced such little money in a launch and the MBO's should be significantly higher. So outside of the terrible culture here, I guess you are used to making no money and promising something to your DR's that you can't provide. I consider myself to be pretty well connected here and most field employees are looking for new opportunities. No one will take your comments to be sincere or accurate on here...so say your breath. It is obvious that you are the same person or corporate's attempt to quiet the truth. It is well known they troll this board.

I just came out of a regional meeting and there were so many whispers and side bar conversations. Everyone very unhappy and updating their resumes. My own children see how unhappy I have been and I have never felt so much pressure. Joined here so excited and have been underwhelmed by the working culture for the field force. They certainly didn't prepare well for this drug and left the field holding the bag. Far, far different than what those at corporate experience. I would ask corporate to take a step back and state everything they do for the field that would make them think there is a great culture here. All anyone ever comments on is the constant field rides and numerous metrics. I believe that home office may have a good working culture, but that certainly isn't reflective in the field. 217 is over 2 years away and no one plans to stay here. Someone already made a comment about this, but I do think the bonus here is lousy and should be much harder and budgeted-in during this trying time when so many variables are outside of a salesperson's control. They will never be able to retain people this way.

I love it here. It’s wonderful. Such a beautiful culture. I love it every minute of every day. I enjoy analyzing spreadsheets on the weekends. So invigorating! You should try. You can thank me later.

What made this company look like such a winner to so many that took jobs here?? I never understood the draw. I haven't heard one positive thing about this company after the first 6 months of start dates.

A bunch of empty promises and lies about the fantastic non-existent culture.
