I’m a bit confused here. You’re asking for things to change, but you’re unwilling to even voice your concerns. How would you ever expect things to change if you don’t speak up about the issues you have? There is no company who ever will (or should) make changes based upon comments on CP. If you want things to be better, then you’re going to have to have the courage to speak up. Leadership gives you the floor to do so and have the desire to hear what you have to say. The ball is in your court.

You must not get out of your office much- instead of calling people names- let’s focus on the issue-in the last year the entire company has changed. We went from a top notch company with a great culture to working for tyrants who don’t understand that trying to put a biotech company in a pharma model doesn’t work. The sales force is tired of growing 40-60% and not making any commission. we were proud to work here- were- now we are being bullied, being told we aren’t good sales people, having info put into our FCR that isn’t true. If we do speak up we will be retaliated against- wether with a higher quota, change in territory or constant beratement. Wake up- is it the PMR’s- I don’t think so. If you speak up the you are whining- even if you have a solution. Managers and Rbd don’t stand up for the employees- ever.

If you don’t like it, then leave!!! No one is forcing you to be here. How selfish of you to think only of yourself. KC is truly focused on our ambitious and great MISSION by not only eradicating cancer but also achieving profitability! Take one for the team!!

First, I don’t think anyone called you a name. Second, you can come up with every excuse that you want to explain why you’re scared to speak up, but don’t complain when nothing changes. And, quit expecting others to stand up for you when you don’t even stand up for yourself.

And, I think you’re being a bit dramatic. If you aren’t making any commission, you are in the minority here. Plus, there is no conspiracy where everyone gives you fake feedback and higher goals when you speak up. If you’re going to complain, at least start by complaining about things that are true.

If the statement, "...having info put into our FCR that isn't true", is indeed fact then you should:
    1) discreetly record your entire field day to then compare against untrue documentation 2) hire a lawyer and then go to HR to prove that there is false info on a company document. If correct, then you will likely be managed out for some reason in the future but if that happens can sue for being an internal whistleblower. There are laws that protect that as well so if you found yourself unemployed then you could recover financially (minus the lawyer's %) or from a negotiated package. What do you have to lose by recording conversations. No one will ever know except you (unless you divulge to a colleague that you are doing so. Then your manager will eventually know - so be true to yourself at all costs).
