    Come on Krebs!

Fix this! You can’t tell us that it’s too terribly difficult to keep HS customers aligned to HS teams, and non HS customers aligned correctly to other sales divisions.
POA after POA the same issues surface, and the company half ass tries to address it. Then it happens again next POA.
Leadership doesn’t seem to care to fix it, but it impacts the boots on the ground. Goals are screwed up, data in Connex isn’t correct, and the impacted sales forces become more and more demotivated.
We’ve put it on e-voice surveys, IC surveys, vocalized it at town halls...what’s it going to take?
MTL is awful, and Veeva Align is turning out to be equally as bad.
Stop over complicating things, and give your people goals based on their own customers and fair credit for what they sell.

You could work in a different area. We are paid on dirt, correct? Give all reps all scripts in dirt. House account....hmmm

Yes we get credit for dirt. That’s the issue. When HS customers fall in and out of our dirt they impact goal setting as well as market share displays in Connex. Some of these customers can have have considerable volume, and we aren’t calling on them because the HS teams are responsible for them. No one knows how accurate the goals we are given are because they’re being based on territory alignments that are screwed up in the first place. Ughhh.

Yep. No ones cares. DCS team has been begging for it to be corrected for years. Ohio has been screwed with this situation for years.

This has been a complete joke for the last year! Our IT dept is not equip to handle HS vs DCS proper goal setting or accuracy in a database and it repeats itself every damn POA!

It all stems from FFE... They are a huge scam and the most corrupt silo at Novo...There is no way to speak with anyone to resolve the issues either...( so much for Transparency) They are notorious for adding bogus providers in the universe when there is mkt share goals, but fail to include actual providers that rx our products when the goals are volume based... unbelievable...

Not only an issue in the Central. It’s is a mess everywhere. CE refuses to give the field a chance to fix the call plans before locking them in because they think they’ll try to game the system. Reps in South are about to file suits against company because the call decks have been incorrect every POA for over 2 years and they have missed promotional opportunities based on only having “average” performance.

great idea. Let’s all file suit (locally of course...because we’ve all signed away our rights to join class action suits).

Not so fast my friend! Those who were hired after Jeff Frazier’s strong-arm tactics have signed nothing. Zilch. Zero.

Yes you have. You’re just too dumb to know it.

Ok, I’ll take the word of a professional donut delivery person over the employment attorney I’ve hired and the VP of HR I married. Remember, doctors like the ones with jelly in them.

Not true , what if you are a DCS and you have a endo in your data that doesn’t use NOVO products<—- screwed. o
“Oh they are fixing it, no worries just work”. Very motivating.

You can take the word of whomever you’d like. File a class action lawsuit and see what happens to your bonus. And, when you do, you might want to ask for a refund from your lawyer AND your mail order bride.

First, who said anything about a class action suit? I see you pay attention to the commercials when you watch cable tv. Second, if I wanted to, I could file one as there were exactly 2 POA’s ONLY where that bonus condition was in place. Might want to pay attention to, uh, your job. Finally, thanks for proving your ignorance by assuming I am male.

Now it’s time to pick up the donuts. Hurry, Hurry!

Keep telling yourself that DCS. Who is on top of Coe? Yep, dcs that are getting endo data.
I can see you in meetings right now...
"What are you doing to be so successful?"
"Messaging is spot on, collaboration with counterparts, targeting, blah blah "

Oh and we are getting endo data is not mentioned.

The policy Jeff Frazier put in place only applied to class action lawsuits. If you’re arguing that a policy that never existed doesn’t apply to you, then you win. Congrats - that money spent on retaining a lawyer was well spent. Maybe you can hire a couple of more lawyers to dispute other non-policies as well.

And, I assumed you were transgender. My bad.

Hey, homey. You might want to look at post #8 and your response in post #9. The whole conversation was about class action lawsuits. You might want to pull back on those reins when telling others that they aren’t paying attention....
