BB is off to greener pastures. Good riddance. Nothing like meeting your director for the first time and he looks up your ranking on his phone while you are introducing yourself. Hope they bring in a leader interested in connecting like an actual human being.

Borland was a drone. Came to dinner with our district once. All he talked about was the Catalyst selling model and how it would revolutionize the way we do business. Never any discussion on a personal level. No personality. No interest. You could tell he didn’t want to be there.
