Insulet Corp, Dexcom and Medtronic seem to favor us reps working here at NNI. If presented the opportunity, would you consider leaving or too excited for the launch of oral Semaglutide?

That’s easy. Regardless of what products you roll out, Novo is the same, shitty company it has been for the last 5 years. If there were an opening in my geography, I’d go in a second.

Low moral during exciting times. NNI isn’t the hot company to work for anymore. Lots of solid people leaving or have left for more money and better culture

I'm leaving but not for diabetes! This ride is over.

I left a few years ago and got into diabetes device, it's a good gig but some companies are more attractive than others. Dexcom is where I've seen pump reps jump to so if you could get in there vs the pumps do it. Selling the Libre for Abbot would be pretty good too, but no one leaves (which says a lot). I'd be nervous to go to Eversense, they've had a lot of trouble getting coverage. Neuro, Oncology, or any of the biologics stuff looks better than diabetes. Good luck.

good info. altho the grass is not always greener. I know a rep for one of those companies and there are sometimes huge territories, unattainable quotas, and poor qol. but if you are looking for a new challenge and maybe looking at your long-term career path and don't want to move to NJ ( sorry NJ we still love ya) then it may be something to explore.

This could be the most meaningless thread in the history of CP.

“Would you take a new job if there were an opportunity?”

“ I would think about it.“

“ Well, it’s possible that it could be good, or it could be bad.“

    No shit, dude.....

The grass is much greener. Talk to the talented people that have exited and get their opinion. More money and opportunites on the outside.
