In over his head. Not exactly his fault, he’s being asked to do a job he never signed up to do. I won’t be surprised if he’s another 366 day hire.

He has no clue what he’s doing. Look at his track record, it’s been easy to sell products and companies that were smoothly run. He finds himself in a space he knows nothing about and if you notice at every meeting he never answers a question. Way above his head and not sure If he knew that taking out the head of leadership training was the biggest mistake ever. We were all stunned. He needs to spend time with Greg K to understand his strategy and implement that with CNS and get RP approval to take out health systems. We might have a chance if that transpires.

Keeping FRM's and HBL's was the tip off that upper management hasn't a clue.

Not to worry.... SC coming back and will fix all...

Keeping the FRM’s already in place would have been one thing. Expanding them was inexplicable.

Trimming and pruning to ready the company for acquisition. Pretty apparent that’s what’s happening here.

Interesting thought about an acquisition? Explain your idea and by whom?

Todd is not equipped to turn this company around. He is fake, 2 faced, arrogant, ill equipped and emotionally detached from everyone. He is here to a job and that’s it. Ask any of his old direct reports- they will all say the same news / business before his team at every opportunity. We are stuck again with a less awkward mark S . Thanks Pops ! It sucks here Todd is not what we needed

Read the quote idiot . It says spend time with Greg to understand his strategy and implement it with CNS. Only RP can approve to take out health systems. Read before commenting moron

Don’t need to think long and hard on Todd. He’s a self centered and shallow imposter of a leader. Says all the right things but could care less about people. This is his trend once you look into his past. He won’t deliver but simply look like he’s trying to execute. Buckle up

TN is an absolute joke. He obviously has no idea what he is doing. He continues to keep non revenue generating roles onboard even as we get hit with FDA letters and the stock continues to plummet. He needs to streamline things if he ever wants to right this ship or keep his job. Eliminate the useless positions. FRMs and KAMs need to go. They generate ZERO dollars and put undue stress on out bottom like. The BOARD needs to take action.

Completely agree. Eliminate all non revenue producing positions. FRMs and KAMs are not needed and do not contribute to this company‘s bottom line at all.

In way over his head. He’s not sharp enough to run this organization. Pops needs to make a change quick. Good people are leaving in droves. There will be several more resignations turned in on Monday and it’s just the beginning.
