How is everyone hearing they were passed on or not? Talked directly with the DM. Haven't been pushed on to the Face to face even though they said that they would have no problem pushing me forward....

I have a f2f this week, but that may not mean you won’t get an interview depends where you were interviewing wise. I’m in the southeast. The manager has 9 spots to fill with the district and is setting up interviews this week and next with the goal to have verbal offers going out to selected candidates by dec 20th. This was told to me by the recruiter, HR person I spoke with, and hiring mgr. however, still no word on base salary range which will be deciding factor for a lot of folks.

Many face to face are occurring this and next week but many will start up again week after Thanksgiving. I too would like a hard date for offer and start date. Salary info hasn’t been shared either. These details will determine much for many.

There isn’t going to be a salary range or official start date, or an offer date until the deal is closed with BMS. Use common sense. Celgene is probably moving forward with interviews because BMS asked them to do so.

I interviewed F2F with hiring manager this week. Salary and bonus target TBD after integration with BMS. Offers to be made "late January", start date "early February."

Verbal offers will be communicated before the break...dec 20th to selected candidates. This is a fact as I’m with training. Official start date won’t happen until almost certain approval which training is tentatively set for late Feb. written offers won’t be sent until this time.

Responses are all over the place. I was told offers out late December and early January. Hire date late January to begin home study early February (corp HR).
Had Phone interview with Mgr said would like to have F2F next week and would have HR schedule a location/time.
    No details on salary/comp.

The official merge date with both companies is Monday, Nov 18th. Obviously it will take time for some processes to combine but much...has already been decided for months. They’ve been working on this. I have face to face next week. I’m hoping to get more definite answers on timeline.

Seriously??? I’m with BMS and we’ve been told 18th but if 15th, even better. 3 days difference buddy. Relax!

It's supposed to be the 18th.

They said in a video on celgene intranet that the SEC should approve by the 15th. From there, it takes 3 days to close the deal before we go bms.

Shortly after, according to a GDPO meeting, 7 days later amgen buys otezla

Correct just like the few posters stated above. Verbal offers will be announced by dec 20th which means some may get notice before this. Start date/home study will not begin until feb.

This opportunity sounds like a perfect fit for me , many years launching MS drugs and imminent threat of downsizing with current company. Had phone screen with internal recruiter Tuesday and nothing since. Should I be concerned. ? I always prefer to reach out to hiring manager directly , does anyone have info on NYC DM ? Thank you. Honest replies please.

Extended until the 20th. How many more extensions?

I don't see this as a great drug. Am I missing something? Almost 20 therapies on the market by 2020, with a bunch of them being DMD/HE. And it is once a day, every day, forever and ever. I haven't looked at everything but I am trying to figure out what will make Ozanimod so good. I would love to hear any thoughts.

Not sure I had today off. If we haven't heard anything by now we are probably closing later. IDK if they're announcing it before the close of the deal. We shall see. Good luck.

I asked this question to the DM during F2F interview. They claim unique data about Ozanimod efficacy in treating the brain atrophy side of MS. Many think of MS as physically disabling - Ozanimod will address the cognitive element of MS. That distinguishing factor, combined with "best-in-class safety profile" is what we will hang our hats on.

I think my geography is getting into interviews way behind the rest of the country. Don't know why. Any idea on salary, target bonus, sign on bonus, etc?
