Manager said they did not know anything about looming layoffs, but the number of people I have seen managed out in the past two months makes me think they are trying to make people miserable and quit. Curious to hear others thoughts.
I’m wondering the same thing. There’s several openings for specialty positions-Women’s Health and GI. I wonder if it would be smarter to move to these (uncertain) spots to stay in another (uncertain) spot. I’ve heard PC should be fine but at this point-they have to do some layoff I would think to make the merger make sense.
What does “managed out” mean to you? Getting “managed out” finally for not doing anything or “managed out” for no reason?
Meaning people with 20+ years who I would consider to be quality reps, and in my opinion a directive from higher ups to thin the herd by any means necessary.
Maybe just planning for the future. Word has it that Abbvie is top heavy with PC reps and they are always playing games arranging and rearranging their Call Plans/Territories. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
