    I appreciate your sarcasm.

These idiots do not see anything wrong with the public’s perception of downright greed as they prep their golden parachutes and now a retention bonus. How dumb are they?

Then they do an about face and tell the field to work harder in order for us to reach the extra bonus.

I am certain one of them also stated that retention bonuses does not work when a sales rep asked about it on a conference call. What a joke!

hospital reps got 20 k in retention bonuses, ARMS got some type of bonus, ARD reps ZERO bonus. Shows how much they want us to stay.

the hospital team will be losing at least 12 reps to 2 companies in q2 and that’s not a secret as it if it weren’t for fda pdufa delays it would have happened . Guess they will transition a few of the ard reps at that point. Others leaving July too after retention. Maybe they need another retention paid 6 months post teli approval

Its vacant because the company isn’t not at risk of bankruptcy, CMS isn’t not trying to reduce payments, payors are not not strongly blocking or reducing access to drug, doj did not not Subpoena records last week and the list goes on. Only unemployed people have been jointing in the last year. I can honestly say of the 10 newbies in the last 2yesrs that I know all came as unemployed. That includes managers too.

I fully agree with you on both points. Unprofessional manager. Company in toilet.

so this quote is close to the money except approximately double that number of reps. These reps are ready to spring out of here. Hospital reps in acute care are now going to be blended into critical care sounds like cuts are soon. Tricky part of it all is if terlipressin gets the approval. That marketing team just submitted to fda on Monday 3.2.20. Launch has already been delayed till q3. Or firmer is dead in the water. Reps weren’t told how they were getting paid only that their goals were rolling. What the heck is that? No chance of making money here. PC has the acbm’s running around ascertaining answers to 3 surveys. Terlipressin has not been approved but asking about icu mortality rates, and who sits on your p&t committee is very important to upper management. Essentially they are clueless it was noted at nbc with the scripted questions from pc to hugh. Questions from field that were asked to be submitted were filtered, censored. Troubling bc they know that the field reps can detect something shady is very much occurring. Closing time for Mallinckrodt is near.

Sounds like you are referring to one of your National sales director of one of your TAs. Heard he was fired from his company and was unemployed when he came on board several years ago. Supposedly was not doing field visit reports on reps. Former company starts with B. Mallinkrud is where former fired managers flourish as talent for lies/manipulation does well here in this scum.

Auto-correct is a bitch, but where the hell did you learn to write? Sounds like 3rd graders on most of this thread
