Anyone else feeling pressured to sell Vraylar for unipolar depression? Feels like the only way to make the numbers.Thats where most of the business seems to be
Yes for sure! I’ve been led many many times to sell off label by my DM. You’ll have to keep a recorder on you at all times or the company will always take the DMs side.
Competition here. Everyone in this specialty knows about Allergan pushing Vraylar for MDD. Its no secret, doctors talk openly with me about it and we laugh about the high EPS rates. Be careful friends- the hammer will drop eventually! I have met multiple careless Vray reps in the field, dressed like shit carrying Allergan bags. Incredible that you guys put Atypicals in the hands of PCP reps given the risks.
If you have proof of management trying to get you to sell anything off labels, in about 6 years or so, you could be extremely wealthy. I doubt you have any proof, but if you do talk to a law firm ( they advertise here on Cafepharma) about filing a whistleblower lawsuit.
‘This is actually very good to know. I don’t work for Allergan but I do remember a rep with my old company that blew the whistle on off label promotion and end up with $20 +’million! True story.
And everyone knows competition talks about fake eps rates that aren't back by trials. Many psychs don't trust reps who present false data. Its a cut throat industry where both sides say what they have to in order to win. One is accurate and works, one is a lie. Who ever is better at selling it gets the script.
Ummm...the EPS rates are in your own PI and sales materials. I guess something your choosing to gloss over?
100 percent my manager asked me to promote Vraylar off label and 100 percent will lie to save her ass when the shit hits the fan. I do need to record her.
Hmmm should be interesting when Abbvie takes over and you actually need to play by the rules and follow pharma guidelines.....a completely foreign concept for Allergan...
