Think about one of the other aesthetic companies like GALDERMA which pays at least 2x as much as Allergan.

    Abbvie is more competitive.

An acceptable amount, you won't be disappointed.

No amount is enough for the endless roles-plays, team meetings, worthless ride-alongs and check-ins. Might as well wear body cams. BTY, check the car for GPS!!!

I started at Forest in 2009 and it was $52K. Worked my way up to $68k when I quit in 2014 (annual increases were more generous then). Making 94K base now for a contract company.

Isnt it great? I see my manager maybe 2-3 times a year. I never wear a tie anymore. I work basically 9-3:30. See who I need to. No complaints about Forest though, got me into the industry. But so glad I don't report to those 31 year old DMs anymore.

I was a sales rep hired with zero pharma experience by allergan at 70k base, made over 60k+ with extra bonus structure due to Abbvie merger in just Q3 & 4 alone. There’s no excessive meetings, ride alongs, or micro-managing. Unless of course you’re not good at your job they will give you more attention.
