    What are the rumors saying? Timeline, headcount, specialty and what size geography.

    Likely 12 more sales reps, HFAS-probably move some Praluent folks into
    a Dupixent position; an opportunity to interview before outside candidates.

    It happens at the end of the year, there’s always additions/realignments.

    Base can be anywhere between 120-140 and bonus at plan is 40K

    When will interviews begin in Derm? What if you applied to both Sanofi and Regeneron? What is the timeline in derm?

    Internal candidates will have priority first and foremost. Screen interviews have started in some areas of country.

    What’s your PTO situation? I think a couple of years ago it was 15 or 20 days PTO (sick and vacation combined) and Christmas shutdown. Is it still the same?

    still waiting Good drug go for it if ya can sells itself but that equals an over inflated spoiled romper room of a sales force with an alliance that can’t get out of its own way and competition coming. Things will change

    Major negative to the job is alliance with Sanofi. Yea I know its Gensyme but Sanodi controls the money and is micro to the highest level of incompetence. Competition coming also and we know how slow footed Regeneron and Sanofi are together. JUST LOOK HOW THEY WASTED MILLIONS ONLY TO THROW IN THE TOWELL WHEN Praluent started to grow more. Manages Care teams for both companies are severely weak so thata not a plus moving forward.

    How it was launched and marketed had everything to do with it not making money. That blame is squarely on management . Yes...you Len and those morons at Sanofi.

    Lol! That's a joke. Dupi and lib are hiring buddies from their former companies. The praluent group is being treated like crap. Thanks MM and Len. Its comical watching and hearing the reasons they aren't hiring or interviewing the cardio group. Way to treat your people Regeneron.

    Like selling Dupixent is harder to sell than Praluent..90% of the Dupixent team would crumble selling Praluent and the obstacles it faced. Don't forget Dupixent team sat on their asses going to the gym, shopping, lunch with girlfriends while they waited for approval. Months and months . Len has no idea on how to market.

    When are you guys going to comprehend that Len, et al do not care about the Commercial side of REGN? They could not be less interested in what happens to their Commercial teams, what shoddy treatment may have ocurred or the anything else regarding Commercial employees. This is why Len was rarely seen at the NSMs ...it was beneath him. It is what it is.

    You may recall, many of the Dupixent reps were former Praluent cv reps who had to interview for their roles. Yes, it is true REGN does not appreciate their internal talent and seem to allow management to hire external friends. i tried for years to see the best about the culture of REGN but it never revealed itsself very positively, unfortunately. It's the tail wagging the dog; and, now its time to leave the bad experiences in the wake.

    Len is repulsed by the commercial aspects of the business, his treatment of the commercial organization reflects this and at times in the past has bordered on outrageous and you are right this is why he avoids the NSM's and MANY other commercially focused meetings.
    I don't have a problem making Praluent reps interview for Dupixent though, it is a business and increasingly as Dupixent succeeds so does the company.
