Is it me or is it a slap in the face to woman that Gilead now honors MLK with a day off. His (not so) private life is on par with Harvey Weinstein. If your head is in the sand look it up. REALLY!!!!! Look no farther than the forefathers of this Nation. Most (if not all) owned slaves yet they’re honored and revered with a holiday, cities, statues, streets, schools and parks from coast to coast. Grab a seat when you read this one: Washington and Jefferson fathered children of enslaved women!!!! Do you think those women were granted choices regarding whether they wanted those “relationships?” Do you think they had dreams of carrying and having the babies of those abhorrent men? These are but two minuscule examples of the countless men celebrated and immortalized in America.

Yes, while we are at it. Blacks started slavery, provided the slaves, and actually owned slaves. More blacks would owe reparations than would receive them.....
