Any loser can get a job in management with Otsuka. Sometimes I can only shake my head when I see who is a manager.

So between Coktoasten and this jerk, Otsuka has two great winners. It just makes my blood boil that you have to be a complete asshole to get promoted. You can then destroy other people’s lives. And it’s all sanctioned by our execs. What a great place Otsuka is to work for!

Wow! To throw the whole name down. What team is he on. I don't recognize the name. I can say that these nincompoots they have as managers are terrible. I cannot say the last time I enjoyed talking to my manager...I just don't trust anyone trying to move up the ladder on other people's misery. Just waiting for the vets in the 401 K. Then out!

I don't care how bad you think Mitch is, there is no way he is near as bad as Coktoasten! Trust me, Jon is the son of satan.

You'd think the company does a thorough background check whether C got indeed fired from his last job, or are they just gonna ignore the possibility that he has lied on his application for a position at Otsuka?

    KM the VP of Sales

Home office and sales force doesn't understand her decisions.....

Totally agree, she is not very smart. That's why she is VP of sales. She and Ron P (RSD) from California can entertain each other in the broom closet!

The only way they will look into his past is if his district is doing poorly...

Coktoasten has never been fired. He uses HR to tip him off as to when to leave his current position. Once the heat gets too hot he bails for another company. That's what being a handsome man gets you nowadays. Hope our HR peeps don't fall prey to those eyes like so many others have.

You cowardly POS. I know Mitch to be a smart, hard-working person. This post says more about you than it does about him.
Quit or confront him with your problem. If you don't work for him, then why do you care? If you do work for him, address him like a grown adult.

Strange. Why you bring the man's family into your beef?

Only in the pharmaceutical industry can you be a total bullshitter as a manager and be successful. 90% of your success depends on formulary access and access to clinics. If you have those even a 2 year old with down syndrome will have a stellar performance. If you don't have those two factors in your favor, it's your fault that the numbers are not there, regardless whether you are a rep or manager. Your knowledge and closing skills are totally irrelevant.
