Our company has always said we are about the patients! I'm not sure I believe that anymore. We are major contributors to the spread of this virus. Representative going from office to office in area's where schools are shut down and business have employees working from home! We have managers traveling for field rides on planes and trains creating maximum exposure. We also have major institutions restricting access and the company has done nothing pro actively! Just a CYA message that we are following CDC guide lines and restrict non essential travel (THEN DO IT!!). we have basically not restricted the individuals who are most likely to be exposed and spread the virus, REPRESENTATIVES! Go out and sell at all costs...
Nothing this company says about itself is true. It’s all window dressing. Culture: meh. Products: meh. Sale leaders ability to inspire: meh. Concern for patients: meh.

I'm confident the company will do the right thing and suspend rep office visits for 14 days. It will show we care about employees and patients! it may be enforced by the industry anyway, so if we are first it will show we genuinely care. Let's hope we are proactive and do the right thing.
