New LTC

Any intel on what they ask in the LTC interviews? Just want to be prepared

 

Did you already get a call for an interview or just waiting.

 

anybody know what the culture is like here? Is it decent or just another big pharma place?

This is a company with no integrity. It’s all about the money and that shows in their leadership. They are under doj investigation.

What impact does The corona virus have on hiring/ expansion. Are you worried about not getting in?

 

Everything is on hold and pushed out until June. No hiring or interviewing until then. Sit back and relax until then.

 

AZ should follow them and hold off on their LTC plans.

 

AZ says they are still moving forward. Most offers signed. If they pull out now, they screw a lot of reps.

 

Does that delay include the DOJ probe for shady marketing activities?

 

I just interviewed. Phone screen first with recruiter then second with DSM. Asked why Acadia, LTC experience and Account based selling experience. Will call back in a week or so with next zoom meeting steps. If Offer, will be contingent for the fall start date. That is when they think the LTC will open back up. Good experience and hope this helps.

 

For those of you thinking this is the place to be, may I remind you of a little something called Covid-19? If you think the doors will magically open back up in a few months to reps and managers then I have some beach front property in Fargo that you should buy. Bad move folks.

 

Offers come out in June for LTC expansion. They don’t know when reps will be allowed in LTC facilities again. So hiring start date is unknown. Surprised current LTC reps are not furloughed. If they are not, it shows the company is valuing their reps. Because that is alot of money to pay for virtual sales.

 

Bad info. Offers not until July/August with Sept/Oct start date. No way any offers happening until covid-19 quarantine is over and 2 different face 2 face national hiring events can take place.

It will be a long time before we will be able to go unit to unit to inservice staff members. LTC visitors will be limited to family and I assume there will be new protocols for allowing/monitoring other visitors. Acadia is doing the right thing with LTC reps. Just the base salaries for LTC is 400,000+ per week(120k per year), plus benefits, company car, stock options etc, so far that is way over 2 million for having us sit at home. Thank you ACADIA!!

 

If we get the DRP indication we won't need reps to sell the drug it will sell itself via TV and internet promotion. This thing will sell itself.

 

Has anyone tried using the company car to dive for UBER? I'm so bored and need to speak to people that I don't live with.
