The Galderma ship is sinking everywhere. Only so much people can do. I couldn't care less if it sunk - Snr management don't care about me so why should I care about them or the company

Amen. This place has really gone downhill, work sucks, managment is as bad as we have ever seen. I have been here through a lot and this is the very worst. This place blows chunks

 

Don’t forget their annual salaries, F gets 1.7m and T gets 700k. These are just salaries, plus 100% bonuses. And they invested over 1 million to multiply it in 2024. Now, think about yourself if you would care of any employees....

 

When are theses two rats leaving this sinking ship? How long will Flemming and Thomas last?
The Board is asleep at the wheel. They should fire these PO$hit and appoint real leaders. Overpaid to destroy Galderma!!!!

 

No shit!! Flemming doesn’t know the first thing about aesthetics and couldn’t give a damn about anyone but himself. Since he’s been totally absent in the midst of this situation he probably is hunkered down in a bunker counting his $$. Complete disaster of a “leader.“

 

Everyone is angry about what’s happening under Flemming. Pissed isn't the word for it.

 

Leaders succeed by using one of two strategies - empowering their employees or exploiting their employees. Thomas & Flemming are very much the latter...... hypocrites too!
