Such a massive self serving narcissist. How many US sales reps and managers have we lost since the sales meeting? 5? 6? Disgusting to see Justin destroy all that his father built while making our lives difficult. My territory has changed multiple times in the last year and I am not even sure what bag I sell now or who I report to. I have heard my manager complain, but he says his hands are tied. Merit has great products and such opportunity. Wonder if we (Justin) will ever get out of our way, so we can do our damn jobs and help patients.

This has to be the the most absurd thing I’ve ever read. There’s clearly several bad apples sitting here complaining about their own inability to do their job. I joined a year or so ago and have made a territory change and even changed my sales bag a bit. Guess what? That’s normal. After reading this board, it’s the last of the holdovers of the past five years. The talent had been upgraded and the management had done an excellent job at building the company and fast. I don’t envy the spot Justin is in. The acquisitions, disgruntled holdovers, and a small group of people (I know who you are) who make far too much and do far too little.

The reality is the company has changed even in my time. It’s a world class organization that has world class leaders who are approachable, listen, determined and willing. The entitlement amongst a faction of the sales force is also world class. I have been a rep at the biggest companies in the industry and would stack Merit in my top three. For those of you that sit and complain nonstop, the joke is really on you. The newer reps know who you are and laugh at you at every chance we get because your number is next and you know it. Your bloated salaries and entitlement will surely land you in the unemployment office which is where you belong.

This is the best post yet. You’re a complete victim and the poster child for us newer reps who resent your laziness. See my above post. You’re a perfect example of what I wrote about. Are you a ten year guy? Guaranteed.

Ball and chain? Use the door, dumbass. I made my numbers last year. I made President's Club. The territory I took over had a total holdover in it. Obvious as many of my customers barely knew of him (and his former regional director who was put on probation for his years of bad performance I was told). Good riddance.

There’s my Saturday read of the internet and my responses. Comedy at its finest. I especially like the suggestions of the hotline. That’s probably the funniest thing I’ve ever read in addition to one of the holdover reps suggesting they should jump into management. I always loved Merit’s mission of understand, innovate, deliver. The holdovers are complain, underperform, and underdeliver.

  5. Veteran here. You guys are the definition of f&c$!ng losers. Grow up. Get your panties out of the twist they’re in and get a life. Seriously. You somehow think that the other account execs give a shit about your woes. GUESS WHAT?? WE DONT!!! Justin is doing just fine. Fred is doing fine. Todd is doing fine. My franchise VP is doing fine. Justin invites us to call him with suggestions, concerns, or ideas EVERY fu$!&@g call. HAVE YOU? I HAVE! You spineless cowards. You work for the company. Not the other way around. I’m disgusted. Everyone of you. Justin welcomes the call. But you little ball sacks have zero guts or courage to pick up the phone. ZERO!!!! You write anonymous shit on a website. Whiny little bitches that need to pack up and move on. The direction is solid and I personally cannot stand the little entitled bitches who feel they’re owed something. Get over yourself and pack your shit. Nobody cares about you. Really. Nobody. Leave.

Ladies and gentlemen, from the entitled group who hide behind piss poor results, Fred the Great, Mormons, and have more time on their hands then they know what to do with. This isn’t about Fred or Justin, this is about being complete r*****s and having little to contribute. Jesus Christ. Two product management VP left recently? Was that Jesse? The biggest can’t hack in the history of the company? The guy that drew tears from Fred by kissing ass, having a temple recommend and wearing a tie in customer service? Jesus F. Christ. You Utah people drive me insane.

You are so elite or entitled as others have said here that you think you should know what the board thinks? Do your job man. Maybe you should care what your manager thinks or be the CEO. That way you’ll have the opinions of the board. Peace out yo.

Five pages on Justin. Bigger issue people. Justin doesn’t run the US. Todd Frese does. He’s the ‘senior VP’ right? Wrong. He’s a disloyal little shit. Talks behind his back constantly and is treasonous. Building a toxic culture beyond belief and it’s well known. The guys completely undermines Fred, Justin and other leaders. Todd did the same thing at Bard and Olympus. I was there. His reputation is less than stellar. Who hired Todd anyways? He’s been tossed from every company he’s ever worked for.

Nobody here knows Justin or Fred. That’s the God’s honest truth. Some idiot saying they know him and they also know the numbers? I’ve seen supreme fools in my day. This forum takes the cake. Let’s just be real for half a second. The theme seems to be do your job. I’ll do mine. Happily. Justin doesn’t have to tell me via Todd, my divisional VP, down to my regional VP.

How dare you suggest that the internet warriors don’t know the intricate workings of a 6,000 person company. How dare you suggest that people perform the job they are paid to do. How dare you suggest that some internet warrior creates a distorted e-identity to project credibility and suggest they know the numbers amongst other critical data points.

Justin is a total stud and has done incredible things in the last few years. He’s about as tenacious as they get and I, for one, chuckle at the comments here. He’s built a rock solid team of executives to run what we call franchises and moved the company light years ahead of where it was ten years ago. This has been hard for some of my peers and some of the older generation of Merit employees. No matter what the haters say here, he’s a solid leader and about as sharp as they come. The guy knows Merit about as good as you could known it — both strengths and weaknesses. Don’t listen to the haters, Justin! They were here before you and found a reason to complain about everyone then as well.

You were there - at both Olympus and Bard? Hmmm. Maybe you're the problem, not Todd? Just a thought...

Justin is a Fucktard. All this flurry of activity to support him smacks of either him writing the posts or getting his loyal few to in hopes of staying on his good side and getting some scraps from his table.

I am one of Justin’s loyal few. But even I agree that Justin is on his way out at Merit. It’s only a matter of time.

Not a problem. Justin can easily get a VP gig at another med device company. Who WOULDN’T hire him? I am confident that Justin will take me along to build out his new team. Justin doesn’t need his daddy to give him a job = stud!

    Oh wait
