Now we have righteous people talking.

question: how do you go from Dm to Rd in less than a year with no rd experience?

same as dm to a VP with no rd experience like evan? I don’t get this place?

How about rep to DM with no past experience, no mgt development and little sales experience that was subpar at best. Joke!

As soon as somebody says something they don't like they pull the woman card. All of a sudden its "misogynist!!" "Sexist!!"

I was wondering the same thing about the rep to DM thing. No management exp, barely a year as a subpar rep = manager.

I'm sorry but this talk on gender and race has really burst my bubble. I verified cp does NOT check up addresses. I have never commented on here but whoever is trying to silence the truth from being told is out of line. Aerie has used gender and race to hire. As a female in the workforce I want the best most qualified individual hired regardless. Aerie has not done this. I also was in a breakout at NSM with Atlanta DM. I heard that there were several more qualified applicants but Aerie HAD to hire him because of who they previously fired. He is not very talented and that is being polite. He might be able to make it as a rep but probably not. So obvious why he was hired. Noel being hired over Paul is laughable. She is not in the same category. I have known Maria for years and she is as bad as described on here. I have to pretend to like her because I have seen how she comes after people that cross her. Never be honest and tell her everything is great if you want to remain on her good side.

Don't pretend you are a female rep! We know you are the fired frat boy that constantly posts untruths on our site. Grow up and admit that you have a problem with folks that don't look like you. It must have been tough for you growing up white and privileged.

Oh please Maria and Noel... stop the gender card... deep down you know there are a lot of people who don't like you... men and women... you rub people the wrong way and your voice is like nails on a chalkboard

Excuse me. Who are you to tell me what I am. I am a woman and though I am white I don't see or use color or gender like liberals do. Individuals like you make me sick to my stomach.

Just catching up here after a month or so...You all think MZ is bad??!?! (I am mean she is a raging, classless, narcissistic B) HJ is worse. She is just better at hiding it. She has thrown everyone under the bus that is her competition as well as higher executives. Why? Because she is a psychopath. She is massively insecure and unable to deal with strong women unless she has complete control over them.....like she is MZ. MZ used to be a somewhat nice person, now she is reflecting her puppeteer. Don’t trust either of them, they are BOTH backstabbers who would sacrifice their own mother to get ahead, or remove/squash another woman who challenges them or their self esteem by being a strong woman. Women are the worst enemies of other women. They prove the labels true by acting this way and it frustrates the rest of us women who are actually competent AND nice when they run us over and continue the legacy of women being catty b’tchy. I prefer to work with men as I have NEVER in had a man stab me in the back and try to squash my career. Trust me on this one, it has happened to me and people I know.

This post is beyond the pale. It is not written by a woman! Aerie women support our female colleagues!! Say No to sexism and racism.

So happy you are able to tell whether posters are male or female. 99% are all against sexism and racism We agree sexism and racism are bad. Time for Aerie leadership to hire the best candidates regardless of gender and race. Stop your games. That clueless DM hired to replace a candidate of the same race is so sad to see. Qualified candidates passed over for obvious reasons

You obviously do NOT know the facts behind this recent decision! We are so tired of your male white privilege! Aerie's culture promotes inclusion and promotion for all!! Have a nice weekend and lay off of the hate messages.

What are you talking about? We love to see diversity in the workplace. Aerie leadership needs to wake up. We are not dumb. It is a form of racism when they place an individual with little to no skill and personality into a role because of their race as was done in Atlanta. I personally knew one candidate and others referred good candidates as well I was told. The individual was chosen over individuals much more qualified for one reason and everyone knows it's TRUE and it was confirmed at NSM by someone at corporate and I quote, "Aerie was scared so they did what they had to do". Just because you fire someone does not mean you have to hire someone of the same race. The best candidate should get the job. When that does not happen that is racism. Open up your eyes you and stop calling names to those willing to say what the obvious is. Everyone knows

It was Gary and Maria who made the decision to Hire Joe after they fired Iman. Evan had nothing to do with this racist behavior so lay off. Maria's buddy Noel is starting out on fire. When goals finally do return let's see how many softballs Maria continues to throw her way

Did no one listen to Evan's call... his jokes/tone/speech were so uncomfortable it made me cringe. how did he get put in any kind of position of power or leadership? Now is the time for leadership to be transparent, empathic, and provide open positive communication with the field, not create division with horrible jokes or humor.

He is definitely a dousch but sometimes those kinda people are great leaders. Don't think it is in this situation though.
