Is Lundbeck now planning to take our PCP’s from us??

No, we need several Otsuka and Lundbeck reps to irritate our providers. That’s the only way we can guarantee that they will shut their doors to us sooner or later.

Whomever came up with this so late in the game, and now thinks it’s the most wonderful thing in the world, is a total idiot! It it’s so great now, why didn’t we do it at launch? The virtual deal will also prove to be a total flop in the long run. As dumb as management is for both companies, my guess is by he end of the year they will figure out they need only a few field reps, and layoffs will take place. Veela Engaged is so damn stupid and such a waste of time, that it’s here to stay.

Totally agree. Our execs expect us to be the best and above average in anything we do, yet their own standards of excellence are exceeded by someone with Down Syndrome...

Keep in mind that every pharma company is doing this, it irritates the hell out of doctors. It is stupid, insensitive, annoying and completely unproductive. What is happening during these virtual events that truly changes the prescribing habits of a provider?? In the absence of new information it is nothing else but rehash of old "data". Do we really think providers agree to participate? I am sure they have better things to do! The truth of the matter is we are just trying to keep busy, so there is some justification for our paycheck. In the long term we are shooting ourselves in the foot...

No customer wants to use Veeva Engage.
I have 75 PCPs on my call plan. Lundbeck reps have 15 or so. I will be looking for a job elsewhere if this sticks.

Of course your customers don’t want to use it!!! Why on earth should they?? There is absolutely nothing in it for them!!! And all the email addresses we provide will allow the company to replace us in the future when they can send out commercials to doctors. It’s just as effective as we are with our 10 second blurbs while getting a signature!!

    We don't want the PCPs.

I want anybody I can talk to. Given the fact I can only see about 2 docs per day max, I need to feel better talking to a few PCPs...even if they don't write much...
