I bet he worked on that script for quite some time. Pathetic.

Lol... exactly... and all the "YES men and women" around him told him how great he did and how amazing he is. We are all scared to say how we really feel even when they pry because we have witnessed what happens when you disagree.

???Please stop drinking so much before posting here??? Why do women who don't support tactictics of firing good women and promoting someone solely based on friendship regardless if they are male or female get accused of being called a frat guy and not supportive of women. Just the opposite. I support women getting their jobs the right way. Maria has let go of several women who got their jobs the right way because she felt threatened when they did not agree with everything she said or want to be her bff.

Its Aeriegann, dont you get it.? Allergan has taken over. All you can hope is that Abbvie buys the optho assets and if you have stock you can cash in, of course if you started after the stock was at $45. They are going to sell the assets, because the R&D people launched TrueTier. Really?

Abbvie to buy Aerie? You stupid f*ck. Abbvie wants Allergan for Botox and nothing else. You think a multi-billion dollar company wants a small fry like Aerie? They don’t give a eff about eye care. Abbvie is a blood sucking leach company that gets 2/3 of its revenue from one drug: Humira. The drug has been off patent for years but since they hired an army of lawyers to keep biosimilar knockoffs off the market and been able to squeeze the dumbest indications out of that molecule, it keeps chugging along. And the CEO, Rick Gonzalez doesn’t even have a four year degree. You should check out his squeeze.

Maybe our CEO should trade in his degrees for a meeting with Mr. Gonzalez so he can figure out how to run a company.

Vince is not the issue. The problem is that those under him keep making bad hiring decisions. Now instead of hiring top tier talent in the field they are actively seeking individuals to come over for 80k or less. No longer can they say they are hiring the best and the brightest

Look at the internal DM positions filled starting back from late ‘19 through now they’ve made maybe 2 good moves (JD & RS)! This mgt team (DM’s) have become a JOKE. There’s some really good DM’s (those that have been here a bit) and some terrible promotions that make the entire team and organization questionable at best. There are DM’s that have never had any experience and weren’t successful in sales and are an absolute pathetic example of leadership. Poll the districts and see what they think about their DM’s. I’m embarrassed to be here in the same role as some of these folks.

Why would they poll us? Most of us would lie. I have talked to my DM, Evan, and Maria and I would never tell them how I feel about any of them. All of them are in way over their heads

And how do you know they are hiring people at $80K or less? Are you a hiring manager?

So why you think JD and RS are good moves? Never been in management either. Friends of yours?

Do these people really think we are calling these offices and making calls? What motivation do we have for them to write a single script? How does it help us? Evan is a fool.

Umm—yeah! Most of us are calling offices you moron!

You are a fool and must be a DM. If you believe reps are having 5 or more meaningful phone calls with their offices you are as dumb as Evan. If we aren't completely making up the calls which most on my team are doing then we are calling and saying hi to the flunkies answering the phones and asking if they need anything so we can check the box for the tool in charge. Is this the best you can do Evan?

My team isn't really making calls either. Our DM knows it and is OK with it. They realize what a dumb idea it is.
