Apparently that’s the plan. Initial phone screens are completed. Next step speaking with hiring Mgr but that’s in a holding pattern for the moment with covid-19.

    What’s the max salary here?

I was told if brought on as a executive level rep it is 130-135k plus 48k at plan.

That’s low. They need to step up to the plate and do better than that.

Low? Where else can you make that base in pharma? You are crazy. To potentially make 170 with a car. You are delusional.

No you must be a primary care rep. Senior/Executive specialty pharma reps make 140-165k in base pay with bonus on top of it. That’s reality!

True. I was hired recently for a Neurology launch base 165k plus higher at target bonus. And I know many many reps getting up to 170+ at other Neurology companies. Welcome to biotech and true specialty not Pfizer level “specialty”.

Well said amigo. The big pharma salary model is indeed very outdated now. These companies and managers who think the old 110-130 base is cutting edge are stuck in the dark ages. That pay scale went out with metrics trackers and daily Call averages. Damn!

Ah negative Ned is in the house. Overcompensating for one of your deficiencies. LTC is only a portion of the growth here sorry you won’t be apart of it.

Good luck seeking a job. Companies put top priority on existing customer relationships. They actually pay for those relationships. 100k salary is more aligned with general primary care and for those who don’t have the customer relationships.

Actually, $118 as upper band for reps is VERY GOOD...the debate should be about bonus and stock potential. I work for a major biopharm.....our biotech/specialty rep base salaries don't get much higher unless they have 20 years in or have taken on field leader roles

Sounds like a personal problem buddy. Hell 118 salary is very common big pharma pay. Nothing special whAtsoever.

been a very long time since i have looked on this board because I am completely happy at Acadia. the fact is that base salaries are good and in line with most. yes. There are rare disease specialties with a higher base however, you would be hard pressed to find a more exciting company at the moment. Excited to be at Acadia and I dont know anyone here that feels differently.

    Why all the alleged excitement?

Most States will have strict mandated procedures for vendors to enter LTC facilities. Access will be near impossible for the next 6 months.
