Agree. Most companies start at 3 months base salary and add on for years of service. You have to have worked here for 5 years to get 3 months. Starting point is 8 weeks.

He knows the two levels of management above him are totally lost.

KC is worth 9 figures. He’s lost? Lol

Well, first of all, KC isn’t one of the people 2 levels above the AD. That would be VP and MS. I’m sure both of those guys also have plenty of money, but I’m not sure that means they are doing a great job leading the company. It just means they are well compensated. I think KC is great, but MS is a buffoon.

Is Jason “The Jokster” Jester still there? We were happy to see him out of here. How is he doing over there? Has his team all quit on him yet? He has zero business acumen skills and zero leadership skills. He’s a snake. Beware. He will backstab you in a heartbeat. He’s out for himself.

    Completely agree!

...a comment from someone who has no idea what they are talking about. I would bet MS knows a bit more about running an organization than you do, take the armchair QB stuff somewhere else. How about shut the fuck up and be grateful you have a job.

Ha! The classic “think like I do, or shut up!” Are you going to take your ball and go home now?

Has nothing to do with "think like I do". I am saying I myself don't claim to know more than MS about running a company, I never have run one and neither have you. So I will say again, how about a little shut the fuck up! If you don't like what the leaders are doing here, then leave. You will not be missed, I assure you.

You don’t need to know anything about running a company to know that MS is a disaster.

so let me get this straight, he oversaw the most profitable drug ever created while running Abbvie and you think he is a disaster who doesn't know what he's doing?

Ok, got it. You need to take his job then, with that kind of insight, why aren't we seeing you on stage at NSM? We must truly be missing out on your esteemed leadership. Poor us.

You’re welcome to believe what you want. All I’ve seen are drastically low Gallup scores, too many ill planned initiatives thrown at the field at one time, and consistent poor communication about the current state of affairs and plans going forward. Maybe you think that’s doing a great job just because he has experience running a company, but I’m not confusing experience with effectiveness. If he’s so great, then quit fucking up so much.

And, thank you, but I will go ahead and express my opinion, even if it doesn’t gain your approval. I am pretty sure I don’t need you to tell me when I have the right to speak and when I do not.

Latest display of stupidity is how GI collected alot of data from PMRs and chose PMR targets that were high volume ( driven by PMR) then tagged them to a GI in their territories like the GI rep caused that growth. Such stupidity ! Of course they chose the highest volume PMR targets to submit.

What we’ve seen from him here tells me that had anyone else run Abbvie they would probably have doubled their sales. And even if he was a superstar at Abbvie, everything he’s done here has been laughable and ultimately led to flat performance. Those that walked across the stage feel the same way. Just look at the Gallup scores. The Abbvie experiment didn’t work. Time to move on.
